When the crew refused to work with them, in a small rural area, I terminated the listing, at which point they tried to stick me for a 1% list price fee again for terminating early "without good cause". Asked when they wanted their equipment, so the crew could get the key, they did not respond but took it, citing security concerns, only to mail it in an untrackable envelope over my objection. This was all done while I was hundreds of miles away, could not get a new realtor until they finally released the MLS, and with the knowledge I was the financial support for a mother with heart disease and a pet with cancer. Petty, vindictive, and unprofessional. I never expected it at all. I still have not received a copy of the signed release without the bogus fee.

Their attorneys and staff are knowledgeable, responsive, and make every transaction go smoothly. Most recently, I had a Virginia closing where my seller had already relocated to the West Coast before settlement. To make matters more complicated, our first buyer backed out, so we had to go back on the market and find a new buyer. Throughout the entire process, Titan Title handled everything with ease. They pivoted seamlessly to the new buyers, kept the transaction moving forward, and never missed a beat. As a real estate agent, it is reassuring to have a title company that stays calm, organized, and in control, even when the unexpected happens. We originally contacted Deb in Spring 2016 when we were selling a different house in Manassas. We…read morewere having a horrible time with several issues in the sale and very little support from our then realtor. We were about to let our contract expire since it hadn't sold and would've signed with Deb, but we received an offer a few days before. However, we kept in touch with Deb since we knew we would want to have her represent us if we sold our rental property, which happened this Fall (2018). From the start, Deb was incredibly responsive. She advised us on the pros and cons of selling the house in the Fall vs. the Spring and helped us devise a plan to prepare the house for sale. She liaised with our management company and tenants since we lived in another state, and she was the consummate professional through all these interactions. When we received a lot of pushback from an overly zealous HOA, she took over all the communications with them as well. This took a lot of pressure off and allowed us to focus on house repairs and upgrades. After our Manassas sale, we were worried when the offers did not come in quickly, but Deb helped us remain calm and plan contingencies in case we had any delays. When we finally did get an offer, Deb gave flawless advice on the negotiations, which maximized the amount we walked away with and created a fair deal. She helped us clear all the issues raised in the home inspection and represented us at closing, letting us know the minute we were closed. This level service was not something we had experienced before, and we are very thankful for it. If we owned any other properties in Virginia, we would absolutely go with Deb again. She was a great realtor and represented us impeccably. PS - unlike the other reviewer - I can share the address we sold so you can look it up - 9710 Ranger Road, Fairfax.

Even though there was a communication problem she did not attempt to call and even refused to return calls and left us stranded waiting on her most of a Saturday in an area we were unfamiliar with. Her next communication was 2 days later with more emailed home listings! She acted as if nothing happened!
