I will say that there's rarely someone available at the register because they're usually assisting another customer and as a previous review stated, someone only comes when there is a line. However, that doesn't bother me as they are assisting customers and it's not like someone is just sitting around doing nothing. My favorite person there is Kristen. I'm not sure if she's a manager or a supervisor, but she is always ready to help and even from the back of the store, she yells out hello to her customers when they walk in. In fact, I had a situation at this location a few weeks ago involving another customer where I walked out without buying anything. Today, she asked me if all was okay and that she was glad that I came back as she wasn't at the register but was in the back and heard about the incident. I will be moving from Pembroke Pines/Miramar soon but will be coming back once a month and will definitely be making this one of my pit stops for purchases.
