I really wanted to like this place since it's close by, but I literally can't. From the moment I…read morewalked in, the guy at the counter acted like I was bothering him just by being there. No hello, no eye contact, just sighing and watching me till I was gone. I asked a simple question about where something was and got a short, irritated answer without him even looking up from his phone. On top of the attitude, the prices are way higher than anywhere else in the area. I grabbed a few things and was honestly surprised at the total. I'd be willing to pay a little extra for convenience if the service was friendly, but paying more to be treated like an inconvenience makes no sense. There are plenty of other stores nearby with better prices and staff who actually seem glad you came in. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else.

From full meals to desserts, you can always find something tasty in their deli. The prices are also reasonable. They're less expensive on some staple items, but not as expensive on items as you'd expect for a neighborhood grocery store.

This is by far the most unique store I have ever shopped at. When I first moved to Belleville and…read moremy first trip to the market I was SHOCKED that the owner who goes by "Mo" was cussing out a customer. Then the next one!! It took me just a few mins to understand that the residents of this town LOVE THIS GUY!! Sure he might harass ya at the counter, but trust me, it is out of LOVE! I can't say I go into a party store and feel love by the person waiting on me! Yet Mo LOVES HIS CUSTOMERS and they LOVE HIM!! Sure his prices are like most small party stores - a lil higher than the big box stores but are you going to feel the store owner honestly cares about you personally at the store??? So if you live in the area or stopping by this cool LAKE COMMUNITY stop into the 5 Pt Mini Mart and walk out smiling!! Thanks Mo!

5 stars, because this place *will* surprise you! Located in what otherwise looks like an abandoned…read moreshopping center, this vibrant, ambitious little market in the middle of nowhere reminds me of the transformation Morgan & York took over the years, and is half upscale liquor store, a quarter family-run deli, and a quarter mini-grocery, in a surprisingly snazzy setting. They have the best Michigan craft beer selection I've seen anywhere (1000 beers and a HUGE walk-in beer cave!); 500 affordable wines under $50; a humidor; fresh housemade bread, deli sandwiches, pot pies, wings, pizza, and subs; and a careful selection of just about everything else (lots of local Michigan brands). The market is a well-known secret among local Toyota employees, many of whom are lunchtime regulars (and tipped me off to it). Now you know!

Everyone that works here is helpful & nice. The real reason for my leaving a review was for their Tuesday Taco specials I just had. 1st off when I said I wanted tacos he gave me a sample of some of the best carnitas I've ever tasted! Honestly it was top 3 carnitas tacos of my life, they use white corn tortillas which isn't my favorite but it was oiled, warmed perfectly & delicious! The onions & cilantro were perfectly fresh & the verde salsa it was served with was great with a nice lime, fresh green chilis & cilantro flavor. I also got an asada taco that was fantastic but not quite as amazing as the carnitas. Not to take anything away from the asada because it was marinated, seared & chopped well with no gristle or pieces of fat at all & absolutely delicious flavor. I wouldn't ever expect a party store to have tacos this good! I'll be back next Tuesday FOR SURE!!!

I came in here one night looking for a couple white whale craft beers that I had a very little chance of finding. The guy behind the counter looked at me like I was crazy. Like how can you walk into this store and not find something to walk out with! I told him the beers and he said he hasn't seen them for weeks but if they come out they'll stock em. Their selection is really awesome. They have beers from all over Michigan, the US, and the world. It's really right there in line with the other great beer selections. I picked up KBS here for about 7 bucks. This is beyond resonable as I paid 3 dollars more at the party store up the street. They did tell me it would be posted on facebook, which it wasn't but I'm happy I was able to acquire it for a nice fair price. They also have a great wine selection, deli counter, meats, and actual market foods that justify the name market. Country Acres Beer Place just doesn't have that great of a ring to it. Due to the friendly staff and great selection this and Hillers are my two go to places for beer now. They were beyond fair and didn't give me some spiel about how they only save their beers for their best customers or jack the price up 10 bucks above the suggested retail like most of the party stores.
