From anti-freeze to fresh produce and meats, they've got you covered with an amazing and vast selection of endless items. Likewise, the store is very clean and well organized, once you learn the layout. I was actually impressed on my most recent trip to this store, when I decided to check out the wide variety of Asian cooking ingredients. This store seems to cater towards Chinese, Japanese and Vietnamese tastes. Whereas, the other Meijer stores north of Belleville, tend to include more Japanese and Korean food items. The meat and seafood sections are well loaded and stocked with a wide variety of items. I was able to pick up some salmon for tonight's dinner at a reasonable price. That being said, I plan to buy some chicken breast, legs and wings the next time I shop here as they have an amazing selection of poultry. Finally, if you're the type that likes to shop at a store that has everything under one roof, then you will love visiting this store in western Wayne County.

He really seems to care about the way his store looks and he is very approachable and really does care for his employees and customers. The HR person named Sarah really cares a lot for her employees and takes the time to get to know them well and check on them to see how things are going. If you ever want to meet the store director you can almost find him in the dairy area rearranging the cheeses to make sure they are organized and well stocked! I don't think they ever have empty shelves and when they do they don't stay empty for long! If you ever want to work at a Meijer this is definitely the one you want to work at!! The management team truly cares about its employees! That in itself is very hard to find!!

Over 14 minutes later still NO one, there was people that could have easily helped that we're walking by, all they did was look at us and leave. So I tapped the button multiple more times, and over 30 minutes later guess what... STILL NOTHING! I was shopping with someone else and they decided to call the operator, over 3 minutes later it was still ringing, then about half a minute later they just hung right up. The person I was shopping with decided to go to a worker and ask for them to open the stalls, and they said they would get someone,,,8 minutes later still NO ONE. After about an hour we went back and they were FINALLY open. The 2 stars were ONLY for the nice outfits. Safe to say I am VERY disappointed.

Even I work at Walmart before and I would have shamed this working in the break room if I could. Got everything done and worked on and he pulled my car off and SKIDDED my tires on purpose out of the shop. I've never been so taken advantage and made a joke out of. Even his co-worker said something to him like "dude" he proceeded to say "I'm off in 5 minutes I don't really care" nice dude real nice. I hope someone treats your mother the same buck-o! I'd also like to say this said black gentleman stole my air tag out of my car. I no longer have it. Said left at Walmart but I don't see it on my maps anymore.

The store is always clean, well-stocked, and has a great selection, but what really sets it apart is the people behind it. Marvin, the owner, is one of the most genuine and hardworking people you'll meet. He clearly takes pride in his store and in serving the Canton community. You can tell he cares about the customers and the neighborhood, and that kind of leadership shows throughout the entire place. His sons and the rest of the staff are just as friendly and helpful. Everyone greets you with a smile and makes you feel welcome the moment you walk in. It's the kind of place where you're treated like a neighbor rather than just another customer. Marvin also does a lot for the community, which makes supporting this business feel even better. It's great to see a local owner giving back and building something positive for Canton. If you're in the area and haven't stopped by Eastern Market of Canton yet, you're missing out. Great store, great people, and a great example of what a community business should be.

They brought the brisket up to the front counter for me to purchase. I am used to picking out my own meat and specifically looking at the sell by date so I just didn't think of it with this process. When I got home I noticed the sell by date was the very day I purchased this large roast. No one even mentioned this fact Or explained anything In regards to the sell by date. I am not planning on cooking the roast for several days Which will be this coming weekend. i did call and they assured me that the brisket would be fine for the weekend, but the point is that I would never have bought it if I knew or saw the sale by date. Perhaps if the butcher would have explained it initially, I would have been more comfortable. It was a very bad first experience and I will never go back.

They have this amazing system to encourage people to return their carts. All carts are chained together. You put a quarter in this little slot in your cart. See my picture. But your quarter stays in this little box in your cart. After you remove your groceries and return your car to the cart area, you put the chain back into your the little box on the cart and that chain pushes your quarter back out where you can retrieve it. So it doesn't cost you anything but it ensures that you return your cart. Unless you want to lose a quarter in which case you should be shopping elsewhere! There great prices. I don't buy much canned foods, so I cannot comment on the selection, but there are lots of cheeses, bread, vegetables and other fresh foods. It seemed well stocked on a Saturday morning. You do have to bag your own groceries, but to me, that is not a big deal. They place your groceries in the cart, and you go over to the counter and put them into your own bags. The Belleville Aldi's is on Belleville Road and has a traffic light, which makes getting in and out easy.

She was beaming with excitement just from the smells at the front door. She couldn't wait til we got n the car to smash her Krispy Khurchy chicken. She enjoyed it immensely.. in which my husband and I do also. We recommend this location to everyone we work with and family that lives in the area. But the last two times my husband and I bought Krispy Khurchy chicken at this very location we both noticed something different. Especially my husband being a retired sous chef. We both received old chicken. It was days old and hard stringy meat even blackness under batter and taste of old oil. Yesterday was our second trip back since being served old chicken weeks ago. Again we bought 8 peice white meat. This time we also ask the young man for Cajun chicken. We always order the Cajun style and you can see the seasoning with spices even in between the layers of the meat and under the batter of the white meat. He gave us regular chicken... NOT Cajun chicken NO SEASONING TO BE SEEN AT ALL nor could you taste any taste Cajun seasoning. Wings were so old we couldn't eat them. They were dried out and old hard meat. We were appalled. This location has never failed Us in the quality of chicken until these two incidents. So I guess we'll have to go to another location and recommend all our family and friends and co-workers to also follow us extremely disappointed would love to come back because you have so much to offer but NOT until the chicken is rigth! Quality is a better policy ! Especially to get your customers to come back. It was pretty hard finding your address for the Saroki's pizza or the Krispy Khurchy chicken located inside this Shell Gas Station at 39315 Ecorse Rd. 48174. Oh yes. I left review on your website. But I wanted to add photo of the DAY OR TWO DAY OLD CHICKEN THAT WAS SOLD TO US. Jambalaya my husband bought look like it had been sitting n container for a week . I'm contacting health department before someone gets sick. Attorney general as well. Noticed over priced items...liquor included.
