My strata did not care that 3 units were without water, but Jacob handled the situation with complete professionalism and guaranteed the job would get done, all the while assuring me and speaking to my neighbours to explain the process step by step. Called a bunch of plumbers but they were either off for the holidays or booked solid into the New Year. Pioneer was referred by another company as a very reputable company to work with. I called them up and Matthew showed up within the hour, assessed the damage and got to work. He was able to fix the issue in about 45 minutes and my sink was back to working order. Preston and his helper completed a repair of the outflow pipe and installed a valve; so that we have had no further problems with it. He advised we continue preventative maintenance because we have a lot of trees and the roots get in the drains. When I first called Preston, he was a bit busy due to the holiday season. I had no emergency, so I was able to wait. I could have hired another plumber, but I completely trust Preston to the recommended maintenance work that is required to prevent any future problem. Trust is very important because most quality plumbers with camera equipment charge about the same amount for a house call + time. However, some will take a lot more time to do the same job. He also knows the system in the house, so I waited until he was available. This year we only needed a fairly routine removal of roots blocking the drainage line. Preston and his assistant Valentin were quick and efficient. First diagnosing the location of potential problems and then working hard to remove some large clumps of roots that were blocking the inflow and also the outflow. I was very pleased to see the roots they removed and I look forward to trouble free drainage during an upcoming rainy spring. Thanks Preston and Valentin.

That being my first time, I was apprehensive of the price going into 5-digit range, but Rocardo, one of the owners of Riroxs, gave me a more reasonable price than that. Straight off the bat, I knew the guy meant business. He started asking me questions, first general, then specific about the coolers and my time available to fix them. I truly expected the job to take 3-4 days. Next day I received a quote with all parts and services outlined clearly and specifically. I had a question, just to be exactly sure, and Ricardo has answers my question above my expectations. He went into details that I understood only because I am an engineering student myself. The man sure knows his stuff. Replacement was done in a single day. Ricardo and Roxanne, another engineer of Riroxs, have come in at 8 am and took out our old cooling unit within a few hours. Their preparation was total - every tool was available and every fluid/gas they had to use was in abundance. I never had reason to fear that they would stall in the middle of the job, like others have in the past. I have to admire the perseverance of the couple, since they had worked early morning to very late night. Every system was checked and rechecked. I loved their work. The two certainly worked together for a while. For a year, I hadn't had a single issue with the new cooling unit. The second time I called them in was to replace a walk-in cooler's fan and cooling unit. Ricardo has kept his standards of practice and quality. I had him take a look at the whole system, got a quote the next day. Three weeks later, we had a scheduled replacement. From early morning to midnight, Ricardo and Roxanne have worked on the cooler, taking out a very old and bulky unit, then putting in a new and improved one. Again, Ricardo has proven that he works with high quality wares. He installed and worked with precision, coordinated with his wife in harmony, and persevered with a difficult cooler unit until it was done. He even never showed that he was tired, if he ever was. Does this company deserve 5 stars instead of 4? Yes. I've never had such professional and competent work. What made them stand out, other than work? They're personable, rather than just workers. It clearly shows that you're seeing two business owners working rather than two employees.
