I've been coming here so far for 2 months with my newborn & two other children. So far so good. The…read moredoctor is welcoming & has a wonderful bedside manner. My children feel comfortable with her which is great for my 6yr old. She listens to me & my children's questions or concerns & provides us with her expertise or just general life experiences. It's safe to that it feels like she genuinely cares. I've been able to get appointments as soon as I need them. Appointments are carefully taken - for example: my newborn has never had to sit in an office full of sick children. She's always been the only one in the office or maybe one other kid in another room. Never in the waiting area. Wait time is only a few minutes. The receptionist Melanie (hope I spelled her name right), is super sweet & is always happy to answer a call or question. She's super helpful. This is so refreshing! The office is clean & minimal. I appreciate this since I get anxiety when there's clutter or more surfaces for germs to linger. I 100% recommend this office, but, I do hope it stays quiet since I selfishly appreciate not having a waiting area jam packed with sick children.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I'm extremely disappointed with this urgent care. I brought my…read more2-year-old daughter in on a Friday with a 103 fever and smelly urine, concerned about a UTI. I told the nurse my concerns, but she only gave me a cup and expected my toddler to pee in it. When that didn't work, the doctor came in, quickly dismissed my concerns, and insisted it was vaginitis. I strongly disagreed and asked for a catheter sample, but after a painful and unsuccessful attempt, they told me to try collecting urine at home instead. I couldn't shake the feeling something was wrong, so I called my pediatrician. As soon as I mentioned her 103 fever, they told me to go straight to the ER. My daughter was admitted for two nights with a confirmed UTI. The urgent care doctor was dismissive, didn't listen, and gave us no discharge papers. Now I'm disputing the bill, since they provided no real care. The center manager won't return my calls. This place is unprofessional, and I will never bring my children here again.
