The lady proceeded to tell me that I needed my daughter's birth certificate to "confirm her identity" (which mind you, was not told to me over the phone making the appointment.) and she looked at me as if I was stupid for not knowing it was needed. Then she checked out my ID and my daughter's dental card, said in a judgmental tone, "you don't have the same last name." For one, how is that relevant? And for two, who are you to judge that? Anyways, since I didn't have the birth certificate I had to reschedule for a date over 2 weeks away. I get there, Doctor Galowitz, mentioned that "since I'm 30 minutes late they would have to reschedule for the afternoon." I took the morning off for this appointment which meant afternoon was not available. I understand they may be a bit busy and want to stick to schedule which I will claim was a mistake on my part, but I after driving 2 hours to get here and did they didn't seem to care, which means I will take my business elsewhere. The wait is not worth it.
