I asked the person taking the order to spray the cake yellow, with blue letters, and spring flowers. They gave me all white cake, with sky blue letters, and some yellow dots on it, that looked nothing like a flower. I asked to read the cake slip, and it said exactly what i wanted, but the cake they gave me looked nothing like the slip said it should. The lady at the bakery counter was very very rude to me. I asked for a manager, she looked me in my face and told me, THERE ISNT ANY MANAGERS HERE. Then proceeded to tell me the only thing she could do was put yellow sprinkles on the side, (MY SON HATES SPRINKLES). The guy behind the counter called a manager, eventhough the lady lied and said there wasnt one in the store. This changed my mood for the whole day, on my child's birthday. Plus there are now an excessive amount of air fresheners scattered across the bathroom to cover up the horrible smell from lack of cleaning. A lot of people, including myself, are sensitive to fragrances (especially when there are so many in one small space), and I got horribly sick with a migraine after being in this restroom for just a few minutes.

Do not go on a Saturday unless you are desperate and you are there first thing in the morning. 2. The first thing you do is grab an ad, and continue to the meat counter if you are buying meat. 3. Grab a ticket, don't be one of those people who stand in line and complain but never took a ticket. Depending on your number and how many are in front of you, go do some shopping and keep checking back to see if your number is up. 4. Do NOT BUY THE GROUND TURKEY FROM THE MEAT COUNTER!!! By all means BUY EVERYTHING ELSE, but for some reason the ground turkey is horrid quality there...and BE CAREFUL IF YOU BUY YOUR BACON IN BULK SOMETIMES IT IS NOT GOOD EITHER!!! 5. SORRY MR. RULLI but it is true your ground turkey is horrible... 6. They have the best produce deals around. 7. You can get your produce and deli here for half the price of other stores. 8. I am never in line long at the checkout. 9. Cut out your ad coupons because the cashier does need them. 10. Come prepared with your re-usable shopping bags, even though if you spend over 50 they give you another. 11. Customer service is excellent!

But have the common courtesy to help people.
