Hired this company to serve a summons on a Monday. Spoke to Billy on the phone. Send him a Paypal…read morepayment and then send him two emails with a copy of the summons. Called them the following Monday and they tell me that my email was in their spam folder (Why does your business have email folders that you're not checking?) And now that they see it, they will attempt service. The NEXT day received an email back that they received my request and payment. (Over a week has passed already.) Two days after I received the email I send them another email asking them if an attempt has been made (this is 11 days after hiring them). I don't get a reply. The day after this, I called them on the phone and Billy answered the phone. I asked him for the status and he told me he doesn't know and will call me back shortly. Doesn't return my phone call. 15 days after they have been hired, I request a refund from paypal. I then hired and paid another company. PayPal refunds my money and on the same day I get an email from Billy telling me that they're in fact was a successful attempt to serve the papers. So, I send them their payment back in an attempt to be as Fair as possible and cancel the service with the other company. I receive an email back telling me that they returned my money AGAIN, because once I have put a stop on the order, they do not proceed. I'm certain this is just some cockamamie nonsense he made up on the spot because I called him out on his incompetence. So, not only did they not even try, but they only told me they tried after I have pulled my money back. And not only did they not succeed, but by telling me that there was a successful attempt, they prevented another company from succeeding as well. Why would you tell me there was a successful attempt unless you wanted to get paid? I don't understand why you would tell me that there was a successful attempt after I've taken my money back if there is nothing you're willing to do for me with that successful attempt and payment. If I didn't know better, I would say this guy is intentionally wasting my time. And he's probably going to do the same with your time. I tried to be as fair and as patient as I can be with these people. At one point, I even told him that it was 2 weeks since they receive payment and Billy had the nerve the correct me and tell me, "yeah, but we only saw it a week ago."...as if that's somehow my problem. With as easy and as fair as I tried to be, I got nothing but mouth I'm return. Then he sends me an email telling me that he's been doing this for 38 years. Well, if you can't serve your purpose within 2 weeks after being hired, it doesn't matter if you've been doing this for 100 years! Hire these people and the word "incompetent" will echo in your head for days. Be ready to receive no service, but all the excuses. And don't expect any kind of customer service. You won't get it.

Torri tried to give me some sob story about how hard her people work to serve some papers, even after I told her that the place she's sending her guys to is actually an attorney's house who specifically said to her servers that the person they are looking for is not a resident or lived there! They will hold onto your personal information and require you to give them your bank information. You will be charged without authorizing any payment. They never mentioned that they don't file documents in Montgomery County (only Prince George's), which caused me to miss my 60-day filing window. I spent over two months waiting for a court date, thinking they had filed everything. Their email simply said "affidavit attached," with no explanation that I needed to file it myself. A simple note saying "we do not file with Montgomery County courts" would have saved me a huge headache. To make things worse, I later learned from the court that I was overcharged -- nearly $200 for something the sheriff's office does for $60. When I called to share feedback, the owner was extremely defensive and wouldn't even let me finish explaining. I rarely leave reviews, but this experience was frustrating, expensive, and avoidable. Be very cautious if you choose to use them -- ask exactly what's included, and don't assume they'll actually file anything for you.
