They were able to fit us in the same day and they were extremely transparent with the pricing, got things working again quickly and left a very positive impression on us. About a year and a half later I was noticing some gaps in our current seals around the garage door and a small one that seals to the base against the cement. I reached out in the late fall to work on getting them scheduled to "winterized" our garage a bit as well as do a quick "once over" regarding everything else. Alex and his teammate were fantastic to work with! They arrived promptly when scheduled, the price was in line with the original quote (and it was unexpected but they provided me a discount as a Veteran as well). When they arrived they quoted me about a 60-90 minute window to finish the work....they were done right at the 60 minute mark. Everything works great and there's no more daylight showing when the garage door is closed and we're inside the garage. HUGE help! Since the summer we've had a ghost inside the automated door to our shop resulting in spontaneous opening and closing without anything being touched or triggered. When calling the company who initially helped us get the doors functional, we got voicemail and left a message that took weeks to be returned. Once it was, the promises made for when the door would be evaluated weren't kept. Attempting to fix the matter myself, it's likely that I made things worse and frustrations flared.
