I have no idea, none, why there are any bad reviews of this place…read more Because of how bad the reviews are, I was TERRIFIED to go here, but I had a horrible rash under my eyes, that was making me not be able to sleep, and so I finally went in here last week.. and I am SO happy that I did. Upon walking in, everything is clean, organized, masks, and hand sanitizer stations, in multiple areas of the building, and the staff was friendly, helpful, and communicative. The doctor I got.. I am so sorry, but I forgot his name, but he drew out my problem for me, took the time to draw it out! so I knew what was going on with my skin! and that was the first time in my life a doctor was like that with explaining my eczema, and spoke to my ADHD. Seeing it drawn out and explained like that, made so much sense, after 25 years of eczema. VERY informative, and professional. His diagnosis, and what he prescribed to me, helped me within 24 hours! GO HERE. SERIOUSLY.

Went to urgent care a little before close, for an xray on my arm. I apologized they were about to…read moreclose, but needed to be seen. I was greeted with judging faces, only one kind nurse was behind the front desk. was taken back, and immediately seen by the doctor. While the doctor was examining my arm, the nurse was doing my vitals. She seemed in a rush and annoyed. She was like "So tell me about your blood pressure. you know that's not normal for your age." with her arms crossed and an upset look. I explained to her I have bad anxiety when it comes to medical appointments, and have been under stress, lack of sleep, etc. So my blood pressure being high makes sense. She looked at me and said something along the lines of "mhm. well you need to get that anxiety under control." and closed the door without me saying anything. I don't believe a provider should ever say anything like that to a patient, especially because I was there in pain and already anxious. I got my xray and they pushed me right out. The same nurse didn't say a word to me again, and seemed relieved I was leaving. I work in healthcare, and I know this should never be an appropriate experience for anyone.

I got proof. It ended up being a cracked rib and bruised kidney. They treated me like I wanted pain meds. And left Me . I left. I'm not an addict. And I won't tolerate that treatment. Do not take your loved ones or children to this place. Looks like normal people Working. But it's not. They judge you and act accordingly. I went to Corvallis and got treatment immediately. At first my husband and I thought this would be a decent fit though she stated I would ultimately need to find an internist. When I called in for my pain medicine to be filled , which she was reluctant to do but agreed until I was accepted at a pain clinic, would never be called in on time and always after I had to remind her of her agreement and then essentially beg her nurse for it. Withdrawal from a pain medication is not pretty. Dr. Wheeler would never talk to me - it was always her nurse who had one stance and it wasn't that the patient came first.The worst was her absolute refusal to listen or at least discuss this issue. I went into what I called a full blown withdrawal which was one of the worst experiences I've ever been through. The Pain Clinic called and stated it was up to her to prescribe it.Her whole attitude was self serving and not patient centered. I cannot recommend her for services . She retired once and should retire again .

Came here for some shots in my back from Doc Rask. The…read morefront counter lady's were super nice as my wife and came in to check in. They got me back at my scheduled time for my appt. The Nurses in the back area were very nice and took good care of me. They took time to explain everything in great detail. Which was nice, cause no one is excited to get shots in their back. The Doc came and greeted me and then went back to doing what he was and then I saw him again in the surgery room. He got me up on the table and did his job and all went very well. I was in and out just like that and feeling better almost right away. I cant say enough good stuff about this place and its staff and Doc Rask. I do wish the Doc would reel in the staff at his clinic tho. He is so kind and seems so down to earth for a Doc, and they over there are running people off. which makes him loose customers. Good Doctors are hard to find, he should surround them self's with good staff. He is awesome but his support staff is very rough. I suggest anyone should read my review of that place as well. its sad but true story. (corvallis pain) But back to this place. Its great and the people here were great and that's what is important.
