Update just found out I have diverticulitis. Not only was I misdiagnosed I was treated like I was crazy. If you see John, walk tf out.

Went to urgent care a little before close, for an xray on my arm. I apologized they were about to close, but needed to be seen. I was greeted with judging faces, only one kind nurse was behind the front desk. was taken back, and immediately seen by the doctor. While the doctor was examining my arm, the nurse was doing my vitals. She seemed in a rush and annoyed. She was like "So tell me about your blood pressure. you know that's not normal for your age." with her arms crossed and an upset look. I explained to her I have bad anxiety when it comes to medical appointments, and have been under stress, lack of sleep, etc. So my blood pressure being high makes sense. She looked at me and said something along the lines of "mhm. well you need to get that anxiety under control." and closed the door without me saying anything. I don't believe a provider should ever say anything like that to a patient, especially because I was there in pain and already anxious. I got my xray and they pushed me right out. The same nurse didn't say a word to me again, and seemed relieved I was leaving. I work in healthcare, and I know this should never be an appropriate experience for anyone. read more

I'm a nurse. I opened a Yelp account just so I could leave a review. This place is a joke. My daughter had a mild sore throat and low grade fever for a couple of days. I came home from work on the third day and she was complaining that her throat had gotten quite a bit worse. I took a look and sent her to urgent care (she's a young adult, college student, lives at home) thinking she had strep. They did a strep test which came back negative, sent more labs in, sent her home. What labs? We don't know. Never got any results. This was Friday. Monday she's in excruciating pain and throat is so closed off she can't swallow let alone talk. Husband then took her back to urgent care. They were told all labs came back negative. When asked what the labs were they were told, "All of them." No, sir. You did not test for EVERYTHING and it's concerning that you could not say what labs were sent. Gave her a steroid injection for the swelling and a strong NSAID for the pain and told her to go to the ER for a CAT scan if she wasn't feeling better by the evening. A CAT scan?!! When you're telling her it's just a viral infection?!!! And no script for a steroid taper? My husband came home and told me all of this and said the place was super unimpressive. Doctor saw her for 5 seconds each visit. I took her to the ER at 4:30 the next morning because she was back to not being able to swallow. The ER nurse and doctor both said never go to that urgent care. They had to do all new labs because they can't see anything that the urgent care did and as we had never gotten any results we couldn't say either. Wrote her a script for a steroid taper which did the trick. When I picked up her script the urgent care had written one for Zofran, an anti nausea med. Why? I don't know. Yesterday she got a bill for $440 on top of the $60 she paid for each visit. I have he wast insurance so the amount was stunning. She asked for an itemized list of charges. Mostly a bunch of indecipherable abbreviations. Again, I'm a nurse with 14 years of acute care experience and I had no idea what the charges were. So, if you have $560 to basically be told to go somewhere else for competent care then I highly recommend this urgent care. read more

Set an appointment and completed all the paperwork online showed up 10 minutes early and waited over an hour to be seen. When after about 45 minutes I asked how long it might be and said my appointment was 45 minutes ago I was rudely told that they still had walk in patients that had to be seen too. And that they had arrived before me so they were seen before me. So what is the point of setting an appointment online? Will absolutely not recommend or return. read more
