I have been in the health care field for 45 yrs and have been impressed by the fact that she truly listens, asks good questions, does hands-on exams, orders tests appropriately, refers when necessary, answers my questions and is caring. She always reviews my chart prior to the visit. My husband changed to her and is happy as well...he had gotten decent care elsewhere but felt the doc was just checking off the boxes for his diagnosis. The front office staff is great, and the CMA Erika has consistently gone over and above to help and to communicate.

I called my family dr to find out it was extremely low, 15mgs of torridal. Such a dire situation you'd not give a patient the lowest dose. It's insane when you go for help and you get a doctor that enjoys having the power to help you or to hurt you. I have never had such a horrible doctor.

Upon walking in, everything is clean, organized, masks, and hand sanitizer stations, in multiple areas of the building, and the staff was friendly, helpful, and communicative. The doctor I got.. I am so sorry, but I forgot his name, but he drew out my problem for me, took the time to draw it out! so I knew what was going on with my skin! and that was the first time in my life a doctor was like that with explaining my eczema, and spoke to my ADHD. Seeing it drawn out and explained like that, made so much sense, after 25 years of eczema. VERY informative, and professional. His diagnosis, and what he prescribed to me, helped me within 24 hours! GO HERE. SERIOUSLY.

In a annoyed way she said after 5 mins of a person being late we have to reschedule the appointment. I understand the policy it is mainly the lack of professional customer service on how it was communicated.

From the receptionist at the front desk, to the nurses in the back, to Dr Evans, everyone is professional, friendly, and informative. Dr. Evans really takes his time to listen to you and does and in depth interview of the problem. He, in my opinion, is a more conservative practitioner which is what I want. I don't like jumping on the bandwagon of every new drug out there, when other avenues are available. We really talk about the options and make a joint decision on how to proceed. He does smaller procedures in his office instead of farming them out so that you would have to wait for another practitioner to take care of you and I appreciate that. I like his beside manner and as a nurse, I know difficult physicians, Dr. Evans is a very good doctor.

NO compassion, did not care, had a melt down while she was supposed to be examining me. Tried to rush me out of there like I was a nobody. She needs to go. This woman has no business being a Medical Provider. I asked to see someone else there instead and she started yelling and telling me no, in the exam room!! I am a senior citizen and she is abusive. When I complained to the main office in Corvallis they told me they had no other providers that all their doctors have full schedules. Heidi at the Brownsville Clinic is not even an MD- Just a nurse. I plan to file a BBB claim on this company.
