Denia is incredibly beautiful. Is a city that for centuries live isolated growing gremios, and developed a unique culinary culture. Don't miss the gambas (pricey but totally worth), the escanet and of course the arroces. Service is impecable, Spanish style (super profesional and elegantly warm). Only one area for improvement: acoustics. In the indoor finning room the noise level is not great. At times it can be snowing. It'd be so easy to fix with a proper material in the dealing.

They use fresh and local ingredients, and the menu includes seasonal specialities like winter / summer vegetables or the fresh fish of the day. I find the dishes always creative and full of taste, best enjoyed with a nice glass of red wine from their broad wine menu. Eating a la carte is reasonable considering the quality of both the food and the service (expect around 30-40 euros per head, with starters, dessert, coffee and wine), but if you are there for lunch, make the most of the dally menu, just for 11.90 euros. They have recently added a selection of tapas to their menu, but haven't had the chance to try them out yet.Will write another review after my next visit, hopefully they will be in line with the rest of the menu!
