Unlike so many charities, they never ask for more. They accept what is offered, are grateful, and then are blessedly silent. It did have an original store (Ross) price on it, so I took it to the counter with my other things to see what they were selling it for. I said, "Good morning I was wondering what the price of this dress was?" The sales associate took the dress, fumbled around like she was bothered that I asked, pointed to the original store (Ross) price tag and said, "that's the price" very rudely. She went back to doing something else. I told her she did not have to be so rude. I left the dress on the counter and all the items in my basket. I can understand a lot of things. We all have those off days but, there was zero need for rudeness. I will not be back.

This Debra person made me feel even worse than I already feel, and after taking down my information for assistance she abruptly hung the phone up in my face... I thought these people were supposed to help you in your time of need and when you are feeling down and already at your lowest point in life, instead now after talking with her I feel even worse and more depressed, i ask you all to please pray for me so that I may get through all of this.

The last time being before our dog turned 2 and they said we don't need to bring him anymore for his weight because he will be done growing. well I've tried to pick up medicine on three occasions and I've been told I have to order it online now. which makes no sense if they just have given it to me in the past. I've been told they are already closed (five minutes before closing time, and the girls working had all already gotten off their computers and were clearly closing early and didn't want to do their jobs), and I've been told the medicine was re-stocked already within a few days of ordering it. terrible customer service, lazy employees, and the QR code they gave me to order the medicine takes you to a 404 bad gateway page, so terrible IT set up.

I am sorry to leave a bad review for the business who was nice on the phone…read more I have a place in Meridian, Tx which located within 50 miles of Waco and most of the home appliances are Thermodor including the refrigerator which I had trouble with. Called the company because they are an authorized service center for Thermodor. The tech came out and charged 2 hours of driving time and diagnosed the problem correctly but did not have hard start kit for the compressor which is same as common brand Whirlpool uses. I have 2 complaints to this company. 1) the driver came out unprepared to solve a problem, when they should have known what the problem was based on my description of the issues. 2) the job quote to have the starter replace was over 500 dollars including 2 hours of driving time in addtion to $240 for the 1st trip when the part cost $68.15 from Appliance Parts Depot in Houston. So the total repair through them was going to cost me over $750.00. It was matter of taking out the old part and plugging it in like changing the battery in a flash light. They must be in business to take advantage of customers instead of taking a pride in making customer happy and earning deserved profit. Before calling for their service everyone please at least think a little.
