It is so rare to have a meal for that many people that pleases everyone, and yet she accomplished it. Laura's husband dropped off the meal right on time, with instructions on how to heat up the entrees which was quite easy. We enjoyed a few appetizers (multiple people said it was "the best eggplant dip they had ever had"), then sat down for a beautiful meal with an amazingly fresh salad and delicious entrees.
