It was recommended that I have a biopsy within the first 30 seconds of the visit with her. I understand she wants to make some money, but she certainly had no interest in my well-being and if and when I decide to have a biopsy, it certainly will not be in this office. Dr Samady is there and Oceanside only now. It's easier to get an appointment in Fallbrook than Murrieta....so I like that. Fallbrook is a smaller practice office with less volume. It would have been much more considerate for the staff who scheduled me to confirm ahead of time, with the Dr, that what I'd like done could actually be considered to be done, or for the Dr to review notes PRIOR to the day of the appointment.

The acne has all cleared up and the scarring has all but disappeared. I would give no stars Very disappointing experience…read more Before my appointment, I accidentally uploaded the wrong insurance card. I never received a phone call, email, or text letting me know there was an issue. Instead, I only found out after I arrived for my appointment. I didn't have the correct card with me because I had already submitted what I believed was the right one beforehand. I asked if I could provide the updated insurance information after my appointment, but I was told no and had to leave without being seen. To make matters worse, both the front desk staff and the call center were rude and unhelpful. Rather than trying to work with me or offer a solution, I felt dismissed throughout the entire interaction. The whole experience left me feeling like patient care wasn't a priority. After being treated this way, I won't be returning and will be seeking care elsewhere. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this office to others.
