I am very satisfied with their work and plan to contact them again for my next construction project. My project was to demolish and rebuild the external, entry stairs for my front porch and to demolish a large deck and build a balcony with staircase to replace it. I have attached pictures. The finished product was spot on to what he and I had discussed and was (most importantly) wife approved. Rafael serves as the foreman, and his crew of two performed the job. The project was completed in 4 days (more quickly than planned). They used excellent materials and recycled wood from the previous structures wherever possible and appropriate. I really appreciate his eye for sustainability. His crew was rarely idle and worked continuously without watching their cell phones. His bid was about 2/3s of the next lowest bid. My only criticism was that the job site was not cleaned completely (95% clean) and some tire mark damage to my lawn was not repaired. I discovered some of this after the crew had left. This is no big deal. Rafael is very particular about customer satisfaction and strives to make sure you are happy before final payment is made. If there is a problem, he assures you even after completion that he will return to make it right.

To be specific - RT Total Lawn Care's pricing was competitive (not necessarily the cheapest nor the highest), very responsive (scheduled and showed up next day to provide me with a written estimate), started work on-time one day later, his team worked the weekend too (I needed to get the job done before a specific date), they didn't simply put new Trex decking onto any discovered structural issues - but they corrected them and reinforced them.   As I posted previously -- I'd highly recommend and consider using RT Total Lawn Care again.  But now I do so for most home remodeling, decking, fencing, new/repair and yard care services.

No communication from them, I return from vacation to a jungle. I went on vacation to look at houses in Az as my home will list on 27th of this month, and photos are scheduled for Friday . Jimmy to the rescue! He immediately agreed to come by and look at the work I needed. Jimmy qouted me a very fair price and had his crew here at 9:00 am. Chris and his brother did an amazing job. They were all so professional, helpful, knowledgeable and so easy to work with. They all have years of experience and really seem to care about their work and take pride in a job well done. Our HOA hired this company and they do a good job on front lawns, but sometimes ignore the back…read morelawn. They don't weed or apply weed pre emergent and when they did weed (which was only once in 5 months) they pulled the portion above ground leaving the roots. I don't like the way they've pruned the shrubs in our community because they look too formal and unnatural since they obviously use an electric trimmer and round them into balls or into boxy shrubs. I wish our HOA would find someone more worth the money.

Front to back, we had a lot of tall grass, weeds, and accumulated leaves. Angeles responded to us almost immediately and arranged to come by to estimate the work that night - and it was a Sunday! I'm hard of hearing so I wasn't entirely sure I communicated well with them but they seemed to understand me so we went forward. Their two-person crew arrived spot on time and got right to work. Daniel, the owner, carefully reviewed the work we had asked for. I agreed, and they got right to work. I thought it would take them all day, but much to my pleasant surprise, they were done in half that time. And the work? Perfect. They did everything asked for with professionalism and well-deserved pride. The yard is now presentable (and it hasn't been for a while). We'll definitely be bringing them on for monthly maintenance so it doesn't go out of control again. Cost was very reasonable. The scope of the work we needed was never going to come cheap, and cheap wasn't our goal. We wanted the job done right and we were willing to pay a professional rate to get that level of quality. Angeles Landscape charges a very good rate and, for what you get, I doubt there are better options. I also appreciated that Daniel kept checking in to make sure we were happy, if we wanted anything corrected, or if we had any questions. They show up on time, come prepared, work hard, clean up as they go. The work I requested was general yard cleanup (weeding, mulch, trimming , mowing), some planting, and adding gravel in a porch area. Their work is impeccable- I feel like I got a new yard! The result was far above my expectations. I will gladly have them back for future projects a d maintenance.
