But seems like they over quote for jobs they don't want to take. Tried a second quote with the company and was quoted something like 3 times the value of a project that was smaller than the original golf green project. Owner bad mouthed other small companies when getting quotes initially, saying things like "don't just got with the cheapest Mexican guy." This should have been a red flag to me to at the start, but I still chose to work with them due to being local, neighbors at the time, and helping out small businesses. But that was a wrong choice. Golf Green installation was done, and holes were not set right 05/2022. Lose, low, high, variation just not right. Came out and fixed only by 07/2022. Using cement 2nd time around. Workers working on green were all coming across as new to it and learning. Seemed like they were using my project as a learn as go situation. When done almost every employee from company came out to see and look at it. Making me the consumer again think this is one of their first go arounds at this. 05/25/2023 The golf green had a hole come out due to owner mistake (but also not enough cement held it down). However should still be covered under 1 year warranty. When reaching out to company for rework and repair. They said I was out of warranty window and now wanted to charge $150 maintenance fee for $4 worth of cement needed for the fix. Company also sticking to thinking 05/2022 was the installation and completion date, however company was not fully done with installation until 07/2022. So the 1 year warranty should not be up. When reaching out to company, get attitude in texts back and windows/ days of silence with no response. Company not wanting to rectify the situation. Lack of customer service exists. Small company getting bigger and taking commercial jobs as more importance, due to state tac dollars probably paying there and no haggling with the small residential people. Over charge for sure on the quality of work they do, and as far as customer service goes there is none as now seen in the checkup 1 year later. Don't go with this company if you are on the fence. They will blow you off for larger higher paying jobs, they will not do what's right if wrong on their end. And be careful about texting them for something that is literally 11 days after they say 1 year is up. You are dead to them after the initial job and payment. It's a family owned company of father and 2 sons. Sons employee their childhood friends as a large part of the crews. So professional landscape artists potently do exist in the company, but not all are at the same level as maybe the owner.

We previously had an all live grass backyard that was pretty unusable in the rainy PNW. Now, the yard can be enjoyed daily and the dog no longer tracks in mud! Did a great job removing the hydrangeas. I needed three strips of grass re-planted, some large hydrangeas removed and about 5 ft of fence built with a gate. My lawn looked good for one year maybe....and then back to the way it was before Jonathan started. I tried to reach him several times leaving messages with his receptionist and sending emails but never recieved an email response or a call back. My gate is falling apart and I will say this, I shouldn't have had him build it as he had to talk to friends to find out how to do it. And of course now it's all falling apart, was built with the cheapest wood and would have used tiny hinges had I not noticed and went to buy the ones you actual need on a gate. Nice guy but I WASTED a lot of money to have this be the end result.
