The young men barely spoke to me (even when I spoke to them) as they instructed me on what needed done and how to hold my mouth while shinning very bright light in my face. They talked to each other and almost seemed inconvenienced or as if I was weird to speak to them. I very much felt like an object. Everyone I met there looks like they came out of a Disney movie, very young and focused on outward appearances more than relationship. The whole experience was awkward and did not feel like a visit with a doctor or dentist. At the end it also felt prescriptive...do Invisalign even if it's not right for you and pay. Still looking for an orthodontist specialized on adults.

The staff was amazing and my daughter loved every minute of her experience. Mom and Dad were also super happy when they recommended that we hold off on any procedure for now as her teeth may straighten as she continues to grow. The facility was very modern and clean and equipment was high tech. Overall a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend this office. Did I mention that the evaluation was free?

He has had some dental work completed and was very happy with the process. The admin staff does a great job of letting you know out of pocket costs. You will undoubtedly love their decor. Dr. Brogan was so good and on our dentist's suggestion, we took Evan there earlier than he could get the braces. I know we came back yearly for 2 years and he just kept checking him to see if he was ready yet. I was never charged for those visits and was happy that Dr. Brogan was on top of this. Everything went smoothly, being in a city, my son could get there on his own. I never found it difficult to get the same week's appointment but with Invisalign, we never had those kinds of major problems I remember from my metal braces day. It all went so smoothly. Thank you for all of the expertise, prompt responses, and cheerfulness in the office. I'd recommend him to anyone.

My 12 year old son just finished with his regular braces (not Invisalign) at the Skippack office…read more My daughter had already had braces from a practice in Collegeville but we were hoping for someone closer (and possibly cheaper). Dr. Brogan fit the bill in both cases plus he came highly recommended by our pediatric dentist. Yes, the Skippack office is only open a few days a week, but if you have a true emergency, they can take you in one of the other offices (you'll just be driving a bit.) Dr. Brogan also met us several times in the office after hours or on the weekends to fix things -- not many doctors will do that anymore. My son is extremely sensory-sensitive and did not like the feeling of the braces in his mouth at all. He also gagged and occasionally vomited during some of the procedures and checkups. Dr. Brogan's staff was very good with reassuring him and took the puking in stride. Best part - the braces were off in less time than promised and his teeth look great. We never had to wait outside - maybe once I had to stand because there were no chairs in the waiting room -- and worse case scenario, there's a heated hallway you can stand in - no need to freeze outside. There were rarely long waits -- he was almost always taken straight back for his adjustments-- we were often in and out in less time than I spent driving my daughter to her orthodontist in Collegeville. The front desk staff isn't effusively friendly but they were nice enough and always scheduled our appointments, answered my questions, returned my calls, and handled my billing issues without a problem. I wish we had found Dr. Brogan in time for my daughter's braces!
