Lori was my dental hygienist, and she explained everything in a way that was informative, but didn't make me feel like she was trying to sell me on anything. She approached it in a way I that was friendly and caring, so that I could possibly consider a few things for future, such as a mouthguard or Invisalign for my bottom teeth. She gave me the "comforting mom" experience, which was very sweet, because I'm a grown woman who is a big baby at the dentist (specifically needles in my gums for cavities!) Then came Dr. Nguyen. He couldn't have been more adorable if he tried. He was very friendly and genuine, which is a testament to his practice because EVERYONE in that whole building was friendly. I am recommending this place to my husband (we are new to the area) and anyone else looking for a dentist around here.

Dr. Kim was recommended to me by my aunt and several cousins, they all had good things to say so I decided to give her a try. I called and got an appointment with ease. Today, my hygienist was very thorough and seemed to take the time to hear my concerns as did Dr. Kim. As we all know dental work can be very costly but, after expressing my concerns about that to Dr. Kim she set up a plan and prioritized what needed to be done. I have been a patient in this office for quite a few years. Back in 2023 the dentist there said I…read moreneeded to replace an old crown, which I had done there. I had cleaning every 6 months or a yearly, I had X-rays when they said I was due. No one said I had a cavity or any issue with my teeth. In 2026 I was there for a routine cleaning and when the dentist came in, he said I needed to replace that same crown. I asked him why? it's not that old? He said it's not fitting correctly. I called the office and asked them to send me the x-rays. I told her my problem and she suggested I have a consultation with the owner, which I did a couple days later after that cleaning. He said I have a cavity under that crown. I asked why didn't your dentist tell me that, I was just here a couple days ago. He said he will talk to him. I question if I have a cavity there, I really do! The office called me and said the the owner would discount a price of a new crown and charge $420. He did not take responsibility that the crown was not put in properly in 2023. It was nothing I did or didn't do. When I got home I spoke to my husband, who is a retired dentist, he looked at the x-rays and said if I have a cavity there it is likely due to the open margin of the crown. He said it was not seated correctly. My insurance will not pay for a crown that is 3 years old. I would not go back to that office now even he said he will replace it at no charge. One doc said nothing about a cavity, two days later another doc said I have a cavity!! I lost my trust in them. I rather pay elsewhere and have it done correctly. They lost me and my uncle as patients.

Im very glad I took the advice and scheduled an appointment. Everyone has anxiety about going to the dentist. Myself included. It's something we don't do every day. Im here to tell you that Dr. Chase and his team really make you feel at ease. The Friendly Smiles team are all... super friendly! They're always up to date with all the new dental technologies and are super knowledgeable. To me the most important quality is you don't feel like a customer but more like a friend. The whole team gets to know you and really treats you like as such. Cindy the Hygienist, Lisa the assistant, Dr Chase and the rest of the office team are always talking about your interests and over the years, really care and get to know you and your teeth. While you're getting your cleaning or procedure done there always talking which is great, it takes away from what is happening (which always puts me at ease). Each chair is also equipped with a tv, so you are able to switch to whatever channel you like. I've never had any dental issues after leaving Friendly Smiles. After all procedures, they always follow the next day and see how you're doing. The Place is in a very convenient location right off 295, and the waiting room is always super clean and stocked with magazines, water, and other goodies. Don't forget to Grab a cookie, or Sticker on the way out! After 15 years of going to Friendly Smiles Center. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others.
