Worse clinic ever. No one never picks up the phone and if they do they leave you on hold without acknowledging.

Can I have the office fax number?

I'm currently uninsured. Is it possible to be treated and pay with my card?

Yes

Do they ever answer there phones ? How much is it to get a physical exam ? If paying with cash

Our office is significantly more affordable for uninsured patients. A complete physical is 50$ and if you need lab tests including cell count, chemistry panel, diabetes, liver function, kidney function, thyroid test etc... it is about 100-130$… Read more

Does anyone know how early we need to be there if you don't have an appointment? TÍA?

No appointment is needed. The office opens at 8am/. The earlier you go the better as it gets more busy throughout the day. Try Wednesday and Thursday as it is less busy in the middle of the week. Also, the first Saturday of the month the office… Read more

AVOID COMING HERE FOR YOUR BOOSTER. I was thrilled to snag a day-of appointment online after searching high and low...snagged the earliest I could find, at 6:10pm, showed up 10min early...and did not leave the premises until 8:30pm. Honestly, the staff isn't bad, the facility is in decent condition, and I was surprised how chill the (demographically diverse) crowd was despite how long we had to wait. +1 star for that. But...they operate at a DMV-level of slow. Unapologetically. The line snaked out of the parking lot and moved slowly. Once checked-in, you step into another line. Then wait outside in the cold for what feels like an eternity, then get shuffled into a waiting room inside. Then another waiting room. Then wait outside medical rooms before whichever nurse became available called you in. An utter nightmare if you hate waiting around. Also I got the heebies right before my shot, paranoid about how "pro" they are here as the tech who guided me in didn't even have his mask on properly (nor covering his nose). Shout out to this one younger black gal (Lori?) who was really sweet and tried to be efficient, checking people in while they were still in the line. She was the best part of the experience. At least checking on us periodically even towards the tail end, and how she has that positive aura I have no idea. The experience made me sad and grateful. Found out this is a community healthcare center so they deal with high volume and probably low financial support. That usually correlates to low incentive for staff to be productive. Again this review is only based on the vaccine experience, just to be transparent about what to expect...

I wish I could give zero stars. I genuinely cannot find words strong enough to describe how…read moreunacceptable this experience was. I scheduled an appointment for a test, submitted all required paperwork, and provided my insurance information ahead of time. My very first question when calling the clinic was about cost, and I was explicitly told that my insurance was accepted. However, upon arriving for my appointment, I was informed that my insurance was not accepted and that I would need to pay $150 out of pocket. This information should have been clearly communicated from the beginning. The issue is not the amount--it's the misleading and inconsistent communication that appears designed to get patients into the office before disclosing unexpected charges. To make matters worse, while the staff was polite on the phone, the in-office experience was the complete opposite. The staff was rude, unhelpful, and repeatedly passed responsibility onto one another rather than taking ownership or attempting to resolve the issue. This business has serious communication and professionalism problems. Staff need proper training to ensure accurate information is given and that patients are treated with basic respect. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

This is a clinic with overall good primary care…read more I was looking for a clinic that allows same-day new patient appointments for immunization titer labs and I was glad this clinic worked. I had looked over many of the providers/locations that my health insurance Aetna covers but I didn't see this clinic on the list. Luckily this clinic also accepts Aetna. I found this clinic simply by using Google Maps to find the nearest clinics to my home. My appointment was on a Friday afternoon and there were only a few patients when I was there. I didn't wait too long before I was seen. The front desk assistant, lab technician and the PA who I had interactions with were all nice. They were helpful when they answered my questions and fulfilled my needs. After the clinic obtained and processed my blood lab work, it took them around 2 weeks to give me a follow-up (via telehealth/virtual) update of my lab results. Then it took a while for the physician to sign my lab report and for me to receive my PDF lab report. I had to message my PA on the online patient portal to remind them about the PDF lab report. I'd continue to use this clinic if I'm staying in this area! One thing I wish this clinic could improve was the new patient paperwork. I had answered all those questions on that very extensive new patient survey (online), but I had to re-answer many of the same questions when I was at the clinic in-person. I saw the lab technician type in all my answers on my patient profile. They could have transferred all my pre-filled online survey data to my patient profile before or after I visited. I didn't like it when I had to wait for them to manually fill in all my information when I had spent a long time filling out that very extensive new patient survey beforehand.

From the…read morearrangement on parking, to checking in with Gabriella (who was extremely empathetic towards my elderly friend, conversational and efficient) and seeing the doctor things must have greatly improved from the reviews we have read. We didn't wait long. We were greeted by Genesis a little after the after the start time of the appointment. She made us feel at ease. She was very efficient and welcoming. She led us the exam room instructed my friend on what to do to prepare to be seen by Dr. N. Blumofe. The doctor was exactly the type we wish we had more of. Professional, Efficient and Empathetic. He's been a podiatrist for 25 years and counting . Most doctors who have been in the business for years start to forget why they took on the career in the first place. Not this doctor! While removing the fungus from my friend's feet he was very empathetic and careful. He answered any questions she had in a very empathetic way. He didn't rush her or make her feel inferior. She was very comfortable. What I admired most is he didn't just go through the process, he walked her through it. Communicated to her every move he made and why. That even brought me comfort. Some things she was requested didn't sound like services that any medical building would offer but he was able to relay that to her in way that left her with her dignity. That was so greatly appreciated because she hadn't been treated to good by other medical staff by phone or in person. The parking arrangement impressed me very much. When you enter into the parking garage, your plate is noted automatically. Once you're done with your appointment and you let the security. No ticket or anything is needed upon exiting. Very smooth. I love it!!!

Although most of the staff is POC, primarily Latino and East Asian, they're not exempt from medical…read morebias. They could care less about getting your basic personal information right, let alone addressing your health conditions and health concerns. I say this because medical bias is the reason Black and other marginalized communities do not get the care they need when they need it. The check-in system needs to be changed. This location's patient demographic is mostly elderly people. There's no waiting room, so the line easily runs out the door. And since elderly people need more time at check-in, you could be an hour early and still be late. And if you're late, even if it's not your fault, they won't accept you so you'll have to reschedule. The employees at check-in need to find a different career. The lady typed in my DOB incorrectly. Assuming I don't know Spanish, when her co-worker told her she was typing in my information wrong, the lady said she doesn't care in Spanish. Even when I gave her the information again, she never corrected it. The nurses and doctors should also find a new career. They made it very obvious they do not like to be questioned, and never corrected. If you are a patient, remember these doctors and nurses do NOT know you. If they're not doing anything other than looking at your face, they're not doing they're job. They will take their check and go to bed not thinking about you at all. Meanwhile you will be dealing with health issues they refused to provide any help or care for. When I tried to discuss my health concerns and medical records, the doctor and nurse displayed a lack of interest and concern in what I was telling them. They instead printed out a google result with a general explanation about a health condition they have done no NO TESTS OR EXAMS to confirm I even have. These are doctors and nurses by the way. One doctor kept asking me if I was eating a certain food, which I told her over and over again no and her answer? "Are you sure?" She wanted me to say yes so she wouldn't waste paper after working so hard to print out a googled article. I will not be surprised if people's health conditions worsened because of the incompetent and apathetic staff at this location. Please do not go to Optum. Find another hospital or clinic if you care about your health.

Super easy to talk to, takes time to maximize your visit, and is very thorough. Another plus is that they are in-network with my Aetna insurance plan. It's super quick to get in and out for a lab draw, flu shots, etc. there's been literally no waiting each time I've gone in to the office. Scheduling an in-person or video visit with my PCP is usually within 1-2 days, at most. If you're willing to see another provider to be seen sooner, you can usually get something for the same day. I see some of the older reviews mention some constructive feedback - but I can say my experience has been nothing but excellent.
