One appointment I was late by 15 minutes and I was met at the front by unwelcoming ladies. I come the new appointment walk in 11 minutes late because there was bumper to bumper traffic on I275 and there was a line to check in, so I waited my turn. It was 10:13 when I go to talk with the girl at the front desk and she says she has to ask the doctor because I'm late. I told her I came from an hour away and was stuck in bumper to bumper traffic. There was no exceptions or understanding, sympathy nothing. They wanted me to make another appointment (which would be another 5 months!!) they don't care about anything but business and I'll never give them mine again. Their service is trash and their professionalism is nonexistent.
