I'm addition we had to hang a new chandelier and Juan did that for us as well - removing the old and installing the new! Juan's communication throughout the entire process was excellent, he came day before scheduled job to set up and lay cloth tarps over floors and covered our staircase entirely. His crew was right on time the day of drywall repairs - they spent the entire day plus a little more repairing all the major cracks, nail pops, trim work. The paint crew was the same - arriving on time , being careful about safety, cleanliness and our children (we have two toddlers that were here during the process) Juan engaged in personal conversation, making us feel comfortable and was very friendly - same with the crew that he has. The project was completed and cleaned up in two days and it was A LOT of work. We had other quotes and we felt that Juan was very honest, competitively / fairly priced and again had excellent communication ensuring all his customers are happy. We would highly recommend him and his crew to anyone looking for wall repair and/or painting! I'm going to post some pictures of the before, during, after!! Great job, guys! It was a a pleasure working with you!!

Brian Joseph Painting - Basement Charm!

Shortly after we moved into our home, we discovered leaks in the skylights that not only damaged the drywall but, as the water ran down the vaulted ceiling, left discolored marks as well. We fixed the leaks by replacing the roof and the skylights, and the time had come to finish the job. With 20 foot vaulted ceilings and a lot of woodwork, this was a job for a pro. We extended the job to include an entryway, two hallways and a stairwell that has the same 20 foot ceiling. We interviewed four contractors that were matched with us on a home service adviser web site, not totally impressed with any of them and completely appalled by two of them, when by a stroke of providence were we contacted by Brian Joseph Painting, who saw the job on the web site but was not matched with us. From the first time we met Brian, we were impressed. Not only was his demeanor professional yet friendly, he spotted damaged areas on our ceiling and walls that even I missed, he offered great advice on color selection AND he's a music lover. We were sold. To watch Brian and his team work was something to behold. These guys know their profession but they also seemed to really enjoy what they were doing. All of our floors were protected with drop cloths, all woodwork was masked and our furniture covered with plastic before one bit of Spackle or paint was applied. Even the nails from our artwork on the walls were carefully removed, wrapped in painter's tape, and hung close to the area where they were removed. That's attention to detail. Not to forget that Brian's pricing, materials included, was very competitive and within our budget. Our home now has a beautiful fresh face for Spring, and we are so very pleased with the results. Thanks to the Brian Joseph Painting team!

Our home was very well painted by "Master Painter Andrew" who gave us a good price, was always on time, e- mailed us if he needed something, put in some extra time and finished right on schedule! We recently had a different "fix it" company here for two days. We gave up on them in frustration. They made a lot of errors and were very slow. ***Then we switched to Mr. Handyman and everything turned around for the better.*** Kevin and Ray got more done in half a day than the two other workers accomplished in two days. And Keven and Ray did a much more professional, higher quality job. Our activities included electrical (over 40 switches and outlets replaced!), painting, basement ceiling track replacement, painting and installation of a basement handrail, sump pump work, exterior caulking, and duct replacement and sealing. Their hourly rate might be a little higher than some of their competitors, but their total cost, due to their expertise and work ethic, was far less. I have absolutely zero hesitation recommending this firm.

The walls were dark and we were switching to a lighter color. It was done neatly and perfectly. Another project was our finished basement which had several patching repairs they fixed (thanks to our four kids) and made the walls and ceiling look like new. The interior of my home looks completely transformed. They work very efficently, meticulously and are painting pros. This week they came to paint our exterior. About a week before painting, they power washed it all. We have cedar siding that needed lots of caulking and prep before staining, and a ton of white trim. Again, they didn't disappoint. I had Freddy get the paint, match the color and he used all Benjamin Moore products. We have a really tall roofline that had trim that they painted. No problem for these guys. It looks crisp and better than new. Freddy's pricing is extremely reasonable and if you were to get several quotes I am pretty confident that his would come in well under the others. Updating through text and phone, he either starts the project exactly as scheduled or earlier. This may sound basic, but these guys want to work and for that reason I will always call him for our painting needs.

I thought their estimate for the work at my fourplex was fair because it was a huge job. I had them paint the exterior of the building which has four townhomes and also the decks of the fourplex. Friday even moved furniture off the decks because I wasn't given prior notice that he was coming early to give my tenants the heads up to remove their items. Freddy also repaired loose boards and replaced ones that were rotting. I was very satisfied with this company and their communication. I asked Freddy for a second quote on two more properties that I needed just trimwork repainted. However, I didn't feel their pricing was fair, compared to the other quotes I was receiving. I did end up contracting with my former painter on this job because his estimate was significantly less. Freddy was paid $2700 for the decks at my fourplex, but he wanted $4000 for trimwork on the current job. That wasn't working for me. I would try Freddy Painting again in the future to see if his quote would be fair like the first job. He did good work.
