I went inside alone and seen that it was truly empty so I begged my child to come in. He did! He needed a new flute and Moises was so good dealing with my son's special needs. We ended up not only leaving with a flute, but also a piccolo AND A NEW FRIEND IN MOISES. Moises I still to this day feel so blessed about that encounter and we will never forget that experience. They do take off for spring break, Thanksgiving break, Christmas and New years. You do not get refunded for the weeks when they take these breaks. In the past we were not subjected to this so it was kind of surprising when I saw this show up on our credit card bill without warning.

She has helped our daughter build her skills and confidence without ever making piano feel stressful or overwhelming. Most importantly, she is kind, patient, and genuinely cares about our daughter. We had a poor experience from start to end unfortunately…read more I had called and left three voicemails over the span of two weeks, different days and different times. I never got a call back, and I decided to try once more where I finally got someone and booked a session. (Our other local music school was relocating farther from us, and my daughter really wanted lessons.) Our lessons were.. okay. They didn't always start promptly and they were usually in tiny, hot rooms big enough for one small folding chair (plus instrument and standing student with teacher). We tried it out for a couple months and it was not for us. When canceling, they assured me it would be okay, but of course they continued to charge us the following months. I called, and again no return messages. I called again, spoke to someone and they said James would call me back, but not a word since two weeks ago. I had to dispute the charges with my card, but save yourself the effort I went through and seek lessons elsewhere.

The location is quiet, there's usually plenty of parking, and it's just not one of those places that feels "hectic". It's really an oasis for anyone who (at any level) wants to be more involved with music. If anyone is looking to learn electric guitar, (or anything that Ron may teach) I highly recommend Ron - please ask for him. You will not regret it.

She recently tripped over her cello, accidentally, and nicked the bridge, which resulted in it loosening one of the strings. I thought it was a major repair but after getting it "diagnosed" by Janelle, the damage wasn't so bad. She assured me that it was going to end up even better after the repair- and she was right! The tech was able to custom fit the bridge and positioned it better than it was originally, giving the cello a better sound overall. What I thought was going to be more than $100 ended up being $70 and ready within two days. They're affordable and accommodating- I'm definitely coming back. They also charged us like $40 to "fix" the clarinet rod from falling and it still keeps falling off. I was recommended this place from when I was in high school, but I can't recommend going here for repairs since it seems like they'll charge you for doing a really bad job if doing anything at all.
