I've donated items here on multiple occasions, but one negative interaction with a rude staff…read moremember has made me regret given anything to them at all. Besides, after entering one time I found everything priced too high for the quality and how worn out everything looks. Not good quality, and not good service.

Over the years I've brought my Mom here since this was her favorite place to go when she lived here…read moreover 10 years ago. Over the months of coming the place is going down the tubes. They have this one manager who thinks he is God, he really is unreal. He is abrasive and not Cordial at all!! He needs to find another job if he don't like working here. One time I bought something and returned it, this guy won't work with you AT ALL!!! You need to spend your "credit" not a refund that day! I can't believe if you have proof they owe you why you have to use it that day!! This one guy was so rude and not accommodating at ALL! POWER TRIP! I remember just spending it on stupid things or I would have lost it cause there was nothing I wanted. Over the time coming here they have been putting junk out , items I wouldn't even donate!! Kitchen items that look like they belong in the trash! The prices are getting ridiculous and they have something with odd pricing , like it maybe cost 3.71 they had to get a extra penny. It's the stupidest pricing system I've ever seen. Items That's are donated FREE to them they price higher than it would be new even if the item still has a price tag new it will cost you more!!! We use to find some decent things there but I think they are getting the reputation of being a junk shop. The only reason I even give it a 2 star is I have found neat things in the past. And I am hoping they get rid of this guy who thinks he is great for being a Manager. Read the posted reviews management needs to be changed, I am not the only one. I've talked to employees that say it is a job otherwise they wouldn't be there. In the summer it is unbearable to walk around no ac it is stifling and it makes you feel sick , you can not walk around long before you need to go outside. We are not sure if we will even go back, maybe give it sometime and see if anything changes unless they go out of business first. Whoever owns this place needs to check this place out and make some changes before it is done. Review #580

Before walking in they take your temperature, the store had maybe 5 people shoping inside…read more Been here a few times always hoping to find something I can not live without. They had alot of furniture, the prices are higher than you would think, even with a half off sale it would still be high. They did have some different pieces if you needed beds there were a few to pick from. My husband asked about some lawn equipment they were selling. The employee wasn't sure if there was a guarantee, because you can not start anything to see. They say it works but you want to make sure. He came back and said there was no guarantee. That's crazy. So they didn't make a sale. They did have some good prices on books, I love cookbooks and always see if there is one I have to have. I found a bread book all different recipes, hard cover for just fifty cent and in great shape! My Mom found a few things she was happy with. Some items are way over priced and if you read other reviews we are not the only one who thought the same thing. Its one of those places you stop to see if there is anything you may need for building or remodling and they have some odds and end but no clothes here. ***Before buying any electronic or electrical items make sure they work.***

Overpriced. Overpriced. Overpriced…read more There are a lot of items still for sale that were there over a year ago when I first went in this place. When I stopped by today they had a used table from Ikea priced higher than it costs brand new. Who wants a dirty, scratched up table for above retail prices? I'm not sure sure who is in charge of pricing things here, but they should be fired immediately as they are clearly incompetent and not on top of things.
