I needed a new pair of good ankle boots, shoes, ANYTHING Made in Spain. Right across the street from us, we stopped by there that night, but we're 2 mins. before closing time. The clerk told me, I could come back in the morning. Luckily, we're still in town, or I'd probably had given then 1 star, because I found many shoes I'm dying to try!
My hubby was being patient, he brought with him toy to play with, sat down in comfort on a chair below the steps, just several feet from where they have their shoes. The girl was very helpful to me, even though she spoke very little English, and me with no Spanish . . . OK, I did tried on the shoes I wanted, but none have the colors or size I want. Their shoe section is small top to ceiling shelves, so they can't stack every size & color for everyone . I can understand that! Do I need that one. Yes, I NEED that one it's ankle boots, zipper on the front, and I wore it last night when we went to the Flamenco Show. It's the kind of shoes you could wear in the snow, rain, ice, pavement. Sadly, though, I didn't find a plaid leather purse in green, in the style I want. Guess, I didn't really need another purse! LOL
UPDATE: I love the booties I bought in 2012. This is 2016, (even though I have other shoes or boots to wear, this is not an everyday wear, just to let you know the boots are currently making my socks wet (in the rain Sunday), and both front sides are seeping water through the leather. The last time I noticed did that, it didn't rain, but the grass was wet, after coming home, I decided to clean it, then condition it. I put thick conditioner on, to make it more waterproofed. But last Sunday, it was even worst than the 1st. I took it for repairs, but the only suggestion they can tell me, is to waterproof it again, this time try using the spray. I went to 3 shoe repair shop. There's no rip, there's no sewing, no glue where it needed repairing, just bad water proofed leather.
I am taking away 1 star, for quality. read more
