He was able to check out the situation the very next day, and had quoted a very reasonable number to do the work. This repeatedly caused significant damage--nearly killing the vegetation. While we're in Florida, most plants eventually grow back, it's a slow process and not something we should have had to deal with in the first place. In addition, their spray would often get onto our exterior doors, which over time led to noticeable fading of the color. The final issue came when we decided to cancel the service. We had prepaid for six remaining months in advance, but were told we would not receive any refund for the unused portion. That was extremely disappointing and felt unfair. Overall, between the property damage and poor customer resolution, we would caution others before using this company.
