She does fabulous color work - I've gone blonde, done highlights, and returned to my red with her. I also love the way she cuts my hair with a little bit of face-framing layers for depth. Everyone who works here was really friendly and I loved the ambiance. The prices are reasonable, which matters a lot! Particular to summer 2020- I appreciate their social distancing measures. Everyone keeps a mask on, they're currently by appointment only, and there's a good amount of space and sanitizing precautions. I feel comfortable getting my hair done here.

I loved my hair when he was done and that's saying something. I usually just wear it up and since then I wear it down a whole lot more. The head massage is incredible. I could stay there all day for that reason. The glass of wine is perfect I have nothing bad to say about this place. I could try and try and not come up with a thing. I have been to many salons, each one making me feel like I don't belong there. Each one making me feel like I'm just another person, bothering them. Not here! I felt comfortable, accepted. My opinions were heard, my wants listened to. Honestly, I will never go to any other salon while I live in Virginia. If I'm lucky I will be able to get an appointment today! We will see. I can't wait to go back!

I repeated multiple times what it was that I wanted, which was essentially an ombré/bayalage style. Darker on the top, little lighter on the bottom. My stylist decided, for whatever reason, that we would be doing highlights. The style that I got was complete opposite from what I requested (again, multiple times). Not having what I had asked for during this trip done in the past, I was unsure of what to expect, so trusted my stylist, as this was a $200 trip to the salon. Not including tip. Very unhappy. I will say that the atmosphere here is calming. It was easy to schedule my appointment. That's about it.

My wife has had multiple hair appointments for K-tip extensions. At first they started out great,…read morebut as time went on and after a few appointments they became worse and worse, making her lose more of her natural hair each time. It first started with the extensions being placed to high above the ear constantly pulling her hair. Then leading to the keratin placement and amount used. They're supposed to blend in not stick out like a sore thumb. She used almost a full inch for each extension placed, with this and the amount of hair used for each extension it looked tacky and rushed. With this last round of extensions they were placed too heavily and used too much keratin to hold them. As they began falling out they were taking a LOT of her natural hair with them. This hair used to go down to under her bra line and now it barely reaches her shoulders. She took the rest of them out today and couldn't believe her eyes. I come home to her crying and hating what has happened to her hair due to the amount lost and terrible inserts of the extensions. This type of service should stay the same throughout the appointments, and customers who continuously come back should not have to deal with their hair being ruined as a result of a lack of care and hurriedness to get the appointment done. We will not be returning as this has been a downhill ride from the start. Ruining someone's hair as a result of sloppy and lazy work is terrible when hair is one of the key features that people identify themselves with. And when you tarnish that it's time to go somewhere else. As far as service goes there are no immediate complaints. The workers were pleasant and friendly.
