I cannot say enough good things about Coto Haul & Junk Removal…read more From the moment I called, they were incredibly responsive and professional. Their pricing was very fair, but honestly, that wasn't even the best part. The quality of their work far exceeded my expectations. While they were on-site, I ended up adding more work because I was so impressed with what they were doing, and they didn't hesitate for a second. They tackled everything with a great attitude and attention to detail. What really surprised me was the cleanup afterward. I assumed they would haul everything away and maybe sweep up the area. Nope. They went above and beyond and even brought out a pressure washer to clean up what was left behind. They don't just remove junk, they clean up the entire aftermath and leave the space looking fantastic. To top it off, the crew members were Marines working on their weekend. Their work ethic, professionalism, and pride in what they do were obvious from start to finish. If you're looking for junk removal, stop searching and call Coto Haul & Junk Removal. You will not be disappointed.

I had three bedrooms that had been used like litter boxes by the previous owner of the home, and had covered it up with carpet. The small was horrible. Mendoza's Local Boys came and took out the carpet, pad, baseboards, and the original urine soaked, glued down vinyl flooring. They also took out a DIY closet organizer that was in bad repair. They hauled it all away. They left all of the areas in excellent condition. The rooms were swept and made ready for the contractors to come in and place new flooring, baseboards and paint starting at 7am the next morning. I'm planning to have them back out to do a BIG yard cleanup, since they manage this type of cleanup and hauling as well! I highly recommend them!!!

This company stands out amongst the competition for a few reasons. First, they were able to schedule me on short notice, and more importantly, they showed up exactly when they said they would. He was friendly, easy to coordinate with, and made the scheduling simple. We scheduled an estimate window from 11 to 1, but the morning of, Zach called and said they were running ahead and asked if they could come at 9:45 instead. Luckily that worked for me, and I appreciated the communication. When Zach arrived, he was sociable, professional, and easy to work with. I showed him the pieces, he gave me the total right there, and payment was straightforward (cash or check). It was a three-person crew including Zach, and they moved fast. This was not an easy haul. They had to navigate tight upstairs hallways, tricky corners, and a narrow stairway with a railing, but they handled everything like pros. Nothing was damaged, no scraping walls, no dings, just efficient work. Also worth mentioning: I get a little anxious inviting strangers into my home for work, but I felt totally comfortable. They were respectful, focused, and in and out quickly, and I was genuinely relieved to have those items gone. Only note: I prefer clearer pricing upfront. Quick tip: if you're like me and you want the price to feel locked in upfront, send photos of the items plus the stairway/hallway situation ahead of time. Easy peasy. Highly recommend.
