Annie Grossarth, Aubrey Harding and Elliot Taxman (doctor) have a questionable value system and moral compass for providing "high quality care" as a profession. People get away with things because they rely on others being quiet about it and I won't be silenced. Here are some more details I initially left out of the below review because Taxman seemed confused. While I was having a panic attack he held up his wedding ring hand in front of him and waved his hand around showcasing his ring-- I'm not sure why he thought that was appropriate? What does his relationship status have to do with my appointment? Is this standard for all his appointments? He seemed confused, I told him while in the middle of a panic attack I'm not here to date you??? I'll continue to repost this until the end of time, no patient should have to deal with this and then pay $800/hour My appointment with Dr.Taxman was incredibly disappointing. I had a panic attack at the beginning of the appointment, when I recovered I looked up and his head was tilted down and eyes looking up glaring at me... he looked angry? We just sat there and stared at eachother for maybe 60 seconds until I broke off the stare off. It was scary, bizarre, and cruel. Nothing warrants that response from a doctor. I asked about my issues, I have year round allergies I asked about and he shrugged and mentioned one drug, that was it. We went over two prescriptions I have, he said wow that's a high dosage when referring to my antidepressant, he did not elaborate. There was a knot on my throat he said he would be willing to see through till the end-- I'm OK, I'll go to another doctor. It's clear he didn't want me in the appointment and he had an attitude the majority of the time. He rolled his eyes twice while I was talking. I read glowing reviews from other patients who he's helped with similar issues before booking. There were STILL several other issues but I'll leave it at that. I overestimated his abilities as a professional and as a doctor. Taxman has weak character and questionable moral compass if this is how he treats people/patients. Imagine asking a doctor for help and the above happens. Then having to repost this review 83 separate times, Well Life & Taxman are trying to hide what happened. The next step is going to the Oregon Board of Natropathic Medicine. I thought Taxman was a good doctor but he was horrible, self flattering, snide, and indifferent in helping me. I'm still flabbergasted because I thought I was choosing a good doctor who could guide me to other good doctors and give me advice. He could have rescheduled me with someone else if he knew he wasn't going to help me. Edit: Since I said I was going to report my experience with Taxman to the Oregon Board of Natropathic Medicine because Dr Harding and Annie Grossarth weren't doing anything to help me they cancelled my medication appointment with a different doctor. Well Life denied me access to healthcare and creared issues accessing my medication because I reported Taxman to Oregon Board of Natropathic Medicine. Annie kept trying to get me to talk to her on the phone instead of email, she lied about there being a glitch in Athena and needing to cancel my appointment. She lied about a required transfer of care phone call, she put a hold on my account until I talked to her over the phone. She was extorting me for more information via TELEPHONE ONLY which is undocumented until I received healthcare. This place is so gross, Taxman is gross Annie and Aubrey is gross, the facilities are also musty and gross. The paper liner on the patient seating was dirty with spots on it when I went in for my labs and also when I went in for my appointment in a different room on a different day. How many other patients have had similar issues here and they couldn't defend themselves. Try giving patients kindness and dignity, get some ethics training as an organization. Anyways, this place is a JOKE

He not only addressed that issue, but several more. I found him to be exceptional, and as usual, I'd looked up his credentials before my visit. I always check to see where doctors do their undergrad and graduate work. Both Dr. Bremmer and his medical assistant were exceptional. I not only was taken care of, but got a good education on skin issues I've assumed I already understood. Once more, I realize that specialists are really worth it. My various general physicians missed some issues I've struggled with for years. Dr. Bremmer is very knowledgable. Don't hesitate to bring up your questions and concerns, no matter how small. He's a great doctor.

He answered each and everyone of my questions in great detail. He explained everything down to the science. I left his office very optimistic and confident that I was in the best of hands with him. I wish I had stayed seeing him. Dr Tak saw me and I took her advice but after being referred out, I should not have return to see her. Her demeanor and attitude toward me changed and got frustrated. I sent a message explaining my situation and concerns and no one has cared to respond to me. After investing time and money (out of pocket pay) I'm greatly disappointed. They could hire a friendly face at the front desk. Whenever I had Mary, she was cold and unwelcoming to me. And that happened each time I encountered her.

Special pregnancy pillows were provided and I was given 2 options to lay to achieve whatever would be most comfortable for my body. I think this would be a really nice gift to give to an expecting spouse, since our bodies tend to get worn out during pregnancy and we're often times too consumed preparing for baby than considering giving ourselves some R&R! I have had physician's assistance before in prior areas that I've lived. I've always been able to trust them & their level of expertise. So when I went in for my first experience with Joel James, a physician's assistant, I was immediately happy with the response. He was cordial, professional, and he asked questions as he examined me that showed real depth of understanding of what I might be going through or need. He made appropriate observations that resonated with past observations. The office staff from Morgan at the desk to the assistance in the rooms, were absolutely excellent, friendly, adept in their procedures. They had to do a biopsy. She gave me the routine spiel about what to expect. Then she went for it-- deadening of the area. It was was flawless. I hardly felt it. And even though they had to cauterize it afterwards. Even that first night was a dream. I know it could've gone south by the explanation of the helper. But it did not. I later, was supposed to supply all of the medicines that I was currently on. Which I defty did, but it was not reflected in their portal. I don't like portals. I like balconies on cruise ships, but never a stinking portal. And this was one that I obviously really did not like because I took a lot of time to include all the medicines. But I have to tell you even though I went back within an hour and provided a hard copy of everything that I currently was on, and Morgan put it into the record. Joel called me at about 4:30 and questioned me on the medicines. And he explained beautifully what I needed to do, and what medicines I needed to use, and what I could expect. I am so happy. I made the change to this particular branch. He prescribed specific medications to accommodate the distress areas that I focused on. He listened! He made me feel comfortable with his care, knowledge, and personal communication's skills. He noted what I had said. This is not what I have normally found among many that I have gone to. I would highly recommend this office. I would highly recommend this Physician's Assistant and his office staff. I feel that I have scored highly in this find.
