I called Chris on Monday 4/6 to confirm that someone would indeed be coming out and was told either Tuesday or Wednesday. No one showed Tuesday or Wednesday, nor did I receive any type of courtesy call about rescheduling. I had to reach back out to Chris and was told they were closed for the day and someone would be out tomorrow (Thursday), he said "thank you" and then hung up in my face. I'm sure the guys that actually do the surveying do a fine job, but you have to get through forgetful/unprofessional Chris first.
