On Wednesday, I scanned the menu, which offers breakfast 7:30-10:30 and lunch 10:30-2:00, and I saw the Oxtail and Short Rib Stacker. My decision was made, and it was one of the smartest decisions I've ever made. Topped with gouda cheese, sauteed onions and bell peppers, which added more layers of flavor to the already flavor-packed stacker! The meat was incredibly tender! There wasn't a single spot of dry meat anywhere. I opted for a side salad instead of fries, and it was fresh and crisp. I chose Balsamic dressing of the four choices, which also included Ranch, French & Italian. Today, I went back for the Catfish fish fry, served with creamy and flavorful grits and a slice of bread. The breading on the catfish was nicely seasoned and the fish was perfectly cooked! I believe they also offer cod for the Friday fish fry. Service was great, and I have a few items on their menu I still want to try, such as the Steak n Egg Bagel sandwich, Breakfast Burito, Chicken n Waffles.

I gave this cookie making/decorating class to Ben, my eight year old grandson, as a birthday gift…read more Ben started out shy, but in no time, Chef Morgan had him fully engaged and gave him the confidence he needed to work through every step of the recipes. She was there when she needed to be, stepped back when she felt he "got it" and cheered him along throughout the morning. Ben couldn't wait to tell his twin brother and parents about his morning's activities and show off his cookies when he got back home! I highly recommend this class and I thank Chef Morgan for making the day a special one for Ben!
