His boat was very comfortable for our group of 11. Super nice boat! The boat has a built in cooler. So no need to take more then one regular sized cooler on board. The speakers all around worked perfect for us. Mike allowed us to play our own tunes. This boating experience is great for anyone! Being pulled on the tube was a blast! The coolest part was how Mike was such a positive encourager. Mike got almost all of our friends out on the water to wake surf for our first time. It was bad ass! We are all so thankful for the fun time we got to have out there! Can't wait to do it again! Thanks Captain Mike!

My fiancé reached out on Tuesday via text to both Mike and Shannon to set up a ride for the upcoming Saturday (my birthday). Didn't hear back so he called Mike on Wednesday. I texted Mike and Shannon myself on Thursday knowing it was a shot in the dark. We figured they were busy and surely someone would get back to us before the weekend, but we were wrong. I really wanted to go for a ride and had Monday off too, so I followed up on Saturday morning and finally got a response. After some back-and-forth over the weekend we finally got a ride set up for Monday, only for the ride to be canceled the night before due to some emergency on their end. While Mike was very nice on the texts exchanged (thus the 2 stars instead of 1), the amount of communication attempts necessary to get a response was really frustrating. If customers feel like they have to hound you to get your business, they're certainly not going to try again a second time much less recommend you to anyone else.

The venue has a rustic historic southern Italian feel. As u walk in, u immediately get a sense of a certain mystical natural wonder from the lush greenery & i was a goner. Bella Rose had me hooked! Our wedding coordinators were super friendly and did a wonderful job to make sure our wedding went according to plan & that it would be one of THE absolute BEST day of our lives!! We chose the ceremony paradise package, which was $2000 for a 2 hour rental. See pic below of everything this package includes & visit their website for more info. We added gazebo curtains and awning drapings over our ceremony site, which cost roughly $200, but all other decorations, we did on our own & it saved us a lot of moolah!!! We couldn't thank our coordinators enough for helping to ease the stress of wedding planning during this difficult time of covid and social unrest. They allowed us to bring in food and cake from a restaurant/baker, and they were kind enough to let us use their indoor space without any added fees!! I'm also very thankful that Bella Rose allowed us to have a responsible mask-free wedding without any negative outcomes to our beloved family!!! Our officiant Gary was OUTSTANDING!! So if u have a choice, Gary is ur guy!! He had all the right words & swagger!! And...a big shout out to Sarah, our DJ, for making our wedding such a hit even during a pandemic!! Our wedding day couldn't have been more perfect, but I must admit that I was annoyed by our coordinator repeatedly telling us that we MUST clean up at a specific time so that we can be off the premises by the time our 2 hour rental is up. As a paying customer, I don't think that i should be told what to do like a little child, and it made me feel very unwelcomed and unimportant. I'm well aware of my rental time and a gentle reminder would have been sufficient. Also, i think this package should include 2.5 hour rental instead of a 2 hour rental. So if u choose this wedding package, it doesn't hurt to ask for a 2.5 hour rental!! Despite the minor annoyance, i am grateful for our coordinators' help in creating my dream wedding & i will fondly remember this momentous day forever!!

I believe when tribute bands play it's called The Venue at the Canyon House. Just sat in the regular seats in the front row just behind the tables that are more expensive. Sound system was great, the screen behind the band was a little distracting as there were different camera angles. If someone sits in front of you at the tables that is tall or in the row of seats, there is no graduated seating to see the stage. The venue was not full the night we were there and the restrooms near the stage were closed, I tried. As far as the women's restroom goes there is one stall and one bathroom, I believe it's the same for men's. I don't know how this particular place gets away with one women's bathroom when it suppose to seat 500 people. I probably would not attend here on a regular basis just based upon the bathroom situation. Apparently they also have a clear bag policy which I adhered to, but it didn't look like anybody was really checking and there seems to be a lot of security which might be a little overkill, but after all this is in Mesa,Arizona which in the winter months is a lot of snowbirds which is age 55+ -probably not going to be very many issues, but I guess when you throw alcohol in there you never know. Also the band was required I believe by the venue to take a 10 to 15 minute break which it's not necessary in my opinion.Let the band play, that's what the audience wants. Love to support live music but I'm not sure this is the place for us. Another venue that we go to quite often to see tribute bands has plenty of bathrooms, great sound, light system ,restaurants to eat dinner before the concert, and graduated seating so all can see the stage and musicians and even dance on the sidelines.

There was some ac indoors and indoor bathrooms available too. We didn't get to check out the other side and stage though. Just stayed at main stage. It did get hot later on the more packed it got. The main issue was the poor planning by Insomniac resulting in many waiting outside in line in the heat for hours just to get in. I would have passed out. We were at the back of the line for about 30 mins. Luckily, one in our group managed to get right up near the front just before security check so we all joined him. I think it took us an hour total to get in from when we were dropped off. Insomniac did offer a full refund or tickets to a future festival! I opted for the full refund. The wait for the rideshare leaving the event was horrible. We had one that took forever to get there and then when they were almost there, the ride canceled. It took forever to get another.
