He completely dismissed and invalidated all of our concerns and all but accused us of lying. He spoke with an extreme level of disrespect and directed more of his attitude toward the people of color in the room. I would recommend that no one with any kind of urgency visit this ER and no one who wishes to be treated with basic decency and respect see Dr. Matthew Kramp. His horrific complete and total lack of beside manner completely derailed any hope we had of finding some answers, let alone timely ones. When we informed the nurse of our experience, she suggested we fill out the survey they'd be mailing us, and when pressed, offered that we could call the manager (but no contact info was provided). There seems to be no expectation of timely or adequate care at this hospital. 0/10 absolutely not worth going.

Read up on Functional Medicine.....basically you are evaluated as a system. She will ask you about stuff that goes into your body (food, skin care products etc) and what comes out (mostly details about your poop and pee...). Look it up and you'll know why. Basically, she will take a deeper look into your issues before she treats you just for the symptoms. In lieu of drugs & traditional treatments be prepared to work on habits and behaviors...and be bit open to acupuncture (which I LOVE) and other options for treatments. Depending on what you are seeing her she may order up some tests that are out of the norm. After seeing her for about a year, for some minor health concerns I can definitely say she has helped me in preventing and eliminating minor issues. I am also more aware and knowledgeable of my health than I ever was. I highly recommend Deb's services especially if you are seeking a more proactive approach to managing your health. She takes insurance too, which is way better on the budget than it has been in the past. Otherwise, she is very upfront with her costs and will work with you. PS. If you are weirded out by poop discussions...it will get less weird over time as you work with her.

Purchased a 60 minute V-Steam (as its all the rage, even tho most of the elders I grew up with…read moreprovided new mothers with a few after giving birth for free) as it was reasonably priced, close to my job and I am into the holistic approach to life, generally speaking. The location was a bit hard to navigate in a shared suite floor that has no receptionist after 4pm (my appt time). I nicely placed a call to Ms. Venetta Kalu, who pleasantly answered the phone and let me know she would be up to retrieve me. Now I have to be honest - aesthetically it was a little eyebrow raising but once I reached her suite a calm came over me as she explained my prep and told me where everything was located. I am not sure how this experience could be more relaxing...as I mentioned my grandma and others before her did these...while using those hospital toilet chairs over a huge pot of hot water. The music was relaxing and the lighting was set for my 60 mins. Those minutes FLEW by before I knew it and she explained the post-steam procedures. I had a great talk with her over consumerism and would definitely go back. Perhaps on a non-work day where traffic isn't as bad. But be back none the less. You should visit.
