I enrolled in a one-year membership for myself and my husband on February 28, 2025. From the start, there were problems. Prices were increased without any notice--I only discovered this at the time of my appointment. I was also promised doctor-led reviews after bloodwork, which never occurred; instead, I only spoke briefly with a nurse practitioner and received generic recommendations. Additionally, after each visit, there was consistent pressure to purchase expensive add-ons, often supported by concerning claims such as exaggerated food intolerances, "gut permeability," or potential Lyme disease, which felt more like sales tactics than objective medical guidance. More concerning is a pattern of improper charges. I was repeatedly billed for "free" monthly IM booster shots and had to call every time to dispute the charges, often spending 20+ minutes just to reach someone. These recurring, unauthorized charges raise serious concerns about their billing practices. On February 3, 2026, Nava contacted me stating that our memberships had already expired, which was incorrect, as I clearly signed up on February 28, 2025. On that same call, I explicitly declined the offer to renew. Despite this, both memberships were still charged. Only one membership was fully refunded; the other was partially refunded. Nava claims I "used services" on February 28, 2026; however, on February 20 I was told to reschedule my February 21 appointment due to provider illness. I immediately rescheduled to the next available Saturday, February 28--the only day I could attend due to work and travel. This delay was entirely caused by Nava, and I should not be penalized for accepting the only option provided after my membership had ended. After reviewing other complaints, this reflects a broader pattern of billing and service issues. I am requesting a full refund of the remaining $200 and written confirmation that my membership is canceled with no further charges.

From the moment she arrived in Room #9, she was confrontational and unprofessional. For example, when I requested a blanket, she sarcastically asked if my arms were broken, dismissing my request and demonstrating a lack of compassion. Her demeanor was consistently hostile and unkind, and I felt that her treatment of me was biased and unfair. I strongly deny her accusation that I made any racial slurs toward her--an unfounded and hurtful claim. I come from a diverse family and value respect and inclusivity. Moreover, I observed a stark contrast in her behavior when family members were present, as she suddenly became more attentive and cordial. This inconsistency only reinforced my concerns about the quality of care she provides when patients are most vulnerable. Her actions were belittling and unkind, and I urge management to address her behavior to ensure that no other patients endure such an experience. Providing compassionate, unbiased care is essential, and patients deserve to feel respected and safe during their time at the facility.

Read up on Functional Medicine.....basically you are evaluated as a system. In lieu of drugs & traditional treatments be prepared to work on habits and behaviors...and be bit open to acupuncture (which I LOVE) and other options for treatments. After seeing her for about a year, for some minor health concerns I can definitely say she has helped me in preventing and eliminating minor issues. I am also more aware and knowledgeable of my health than I ever was. I highly recommend Deb's services especially if you are seeking a more proactive approach to managing your health. She takes insurance too, which is way better on the budget than it has been in the past. Otherwise, she is very upfront with her costs and will work with you. PS. Now I have to be honest - aesthetically it was a little eyebrow raising but once I reached her suite a calm came over me as she explained my prep and told me where everything was located. I am not sure how this experience could be more relaxing...as I mentioned my grandma and others before her did these...while using those hospital toilet chairs over a huge pot of hot water.
