I have not tried any of the services, I actively go for the 90 minute healing water session. Complementary tea and water is available upon check-in and freshwater is also available in the actual healing waters space. There is staff to give you cold towels, and tend to any questions that you have during your session. There's also an option to extend past the 90mins which I recommend. I also recommend that you arrive 15 minutes earlier that is not a suggestion. Your session time starts once you book so you can factor in undressing and getting ready for the healing waters space which is also coed.

I used the foam halo to keep my head up but I don't think it would have been necessary. You can adjust the amount of sensory deprivation by changing the colors of the led light in the tub. The day before his appointment, I received a call informing me that the esthetician who performs the facials was sick, so that portion of his appointment would need to be rescheduled. Although I was annoyed, I chose to make the best of it and keep the remaining services. About an hour later, I received another call from the spa saying his appointment time had to occur at a later time than I booked. After multiple changes, inconvenience, and uncertainty, I decided to cancel the entire appointment. I requested a full refund. I spoke with the manager, and the owner personally called me to apologize and assured me that I would receive a full refund. I appreciated the apology, accepted it, and moved on. Imagine my surprise when I received my credit card statement and discovered that I had been charged the full amount for a spa day that never happened. I immediately contacted the spa and spoke with the manager, but the explanations I received for why the refund had not been processed were unconvincing and frustrating. After everything that happened, I should not have had to chase down money that I was already promised would be refunded. I'm now being told that I will actually receive my full refund. That remains to be seen. The entire experience has been frustrating, to say the least. Customer service isn't just about apologizing, it's about following through! I was running late and when I called to inform them I was assured to take my time and that my float would be there when I arrived. I was greeted and shown the facilities. I have not been to a float location with all the assistive technology they had. They had pool noodles that Diane (I hope that was their name) said they offered for people with back issues. She offered them to me because I had a cut on my finger, so sweet. They had thick neck noodles ( I didn't love, but I can imagine would be great for folks who want more neck support). Diane offered me cap for my hair, not sure if it was cause I was Black, bit I really appreciated that there was the option which I also have never experienced at another float spa. The rooms were very spacious and so were the tanks. Once the lights on the outside went out it was completely dark and completely quiet. The water was a bit cool for my preferences, but not distractingly so, I soon forgot about the coolness. They had all the essentials and what you would expect in the room to prepar. They also have the bright orange/yellow ear plugs that you seal your ear with but a smaller (and better in my opinion) size then what I've seen before. Afterwards there is a cute dressing space for doing hair and stuff. And a cute little sitting area to ease into returning out in the world. Diane brought me a tea menu and brought me a nice hot cup of tea as I waited for my car service to pick me up. I did not feel rushed out even though I was late and had the last appointment of the night. It was a delightful experience and I definitely will be back if I return to Baltimore!

My appt was the same week so I opted with the Greenbelt location since that's the closest to me. GPS took me to the opposite side of the building and I feel like it does that with all the addresses in this professional building area because another lady was asking me where buildings were lol. Luckily there's enough people walking around to guide you. I got to my appt a few mins early and the scent smell inside was amazing, like fresh linen. Light melodic music, just very tranquil like a spa should be. The young lady who opened the door for me showed me where the bathroom and water/tea section was while waiting for my appt to start. I then met Diarra who went over my questionnaire I had to fill out online after my appt. (Heads up, it's very lengthy and they want to know all details about your hair products, skins issues, etc.) She then began the scalp analysis to see if there's any red spots or sores on the scalp which I had none. I was her longest haired client that day so I felt bad she was about to use all her hand power lol. You then change your top half to a robe and lay on the table with shoes off and light weight paper mask on. My experience was magical. I literally shed a few tears on the table within 5 mins of her starting because I was so relaxed from the amount of stress I was\am under. Diarra hands are gifted and I told her this during the service and after. You get a thorough shampoo wash, a steam treatment, a conditioner, a neck and shoulder massage and another head massage. It was phenomenal. I then added on the blow dry as a last minute decision because I didn't want the headache of doing it my own later that evening. That service was an additional $50 because of my length of hair which I got mixed up for $15 when I saw the add-on prices. We talked and laughed during the blow dry and then I got dressed and paid my difference and tip at the tablet. Lola Rosa is a place where I would go to once a month to get this treatment again by Diarra. The only small slight suggestion I would have is to add on a glass of champagne before the service starts lol.

The injector didn't go deep enough, left me with bumps that lasted far too long, and I bruised, none of which has ever happened to me with Botox before. When I asked about it, they brushed it off as "normal" and told me to wait two weeks. When I went back to address the issue, the physician dismissed my concerns and defended the injector, even with before-and-after photos that clearly didn't show the results I should've gotten. They refused to acknowledge that anything was done incorrectly. This place does not take accountability, does not listen to customers, and does not provide the quality of care you expect from a med spa. If you want reliable results and providers who stand behind their work, go somewhere else.
