Most disappointing experience ever at a spa. Found a Groupon for Ethos Spa and was not able to…read morecomplete the purchase online so called the spa directly and asked if they would honour, which they said they would. Facial was supposed to be an hour and fifteen and included a massage of arms and feet, etc.. I Went to the spa, it was nice and the staff was kind. I got taken into a very small room and things went downhill from there. Spa technician was in and out of the room the entire time, not allowing me to relax in the least. Not sure why she would not have the product ready in the room. This is all done by appointment after all . Of the 45 minutes that I was there, she maybe touched my skin for 10 of those 45 and of that 10, she spent half that hurting me by removing the blackheads...I get that that is a necessary part of the process, however, that was what most of the time was. Also the room was cold and all I was wearing was a towel..yikes. So she wraps up and I head to the front to meet up with my friend, completely disappointed, as was my friend. It was nothing like the Groupon described. They gave us a basic facial and were going to charge us the Groupon price of $99 each for that nonsense. Important to note that a basic facial here is $79 which is NOT worth it. I have had way better facials for $40 elsewhere. In the end, they charged us $79 each. So we did not get the treatment we went for, we paid for a service we did not want, we were uncomfortable the whole time and left feeling cheated.

I just love it there. Give it a try, you will not regret it. Mary

Ive been seeing Dr Rachelle and Dr Kresio for over 10 yrs now…read more I ve had some lower back issues over the previous few yrs and hip problems They always ask me what i did the previous week [ before, when i first started seeing them, as a test I wouldnt tell them what hurts to see if they can find it]...and 99% of the time, they did! They'd make an adjustment and I'd immediately, in a few mins feel much better, than the moment i walked in. And sometimes I'd feel better the Next day as my body sometimes needs 12-18hrs to get through that adjustment correction - Im old, so sometimes yes, it takes time to heal and feel better in a day or two. the added bonus about GFC, is that Dr R and Dr K, have a program for sending you info, about training properly for injury / rehabilitation via YouTube videos = exercise's to strengthen your lower body for ex. or sore and lingering pain in your shoulder . If there's something they cant fix they'll be transparent about it and tell you perhaps , an MRI would tell more of a story for whats ailing you so Please go see your Dr and talk to them about whats wrong. another extra bonus, they also have a recipe e-book they can send you to help you with better eating habits they keep you on track! But, mostly they care about your health and can provide answers to what's ailing you I strongly recommend them! Steve
