But what I love most of all about Physiohaus are the people who work there. EVERYONE is attentive, professional and kind. But it gets better... My therapist, Miriam, is very skilled in manipulative therapy, and other modalities, including dry needling and ultrasound. I had the opportunity to join Moksha with a 6 month class pass. I liked that I could go to a class…read moreright after work as the location is conveniently located on my way home from work. This studio is really fresh and clean and the hot room is fairly large. I felt I couldn't fully connect with the classes since they are all the same. All "Moksha Yoga" classes are the same sequence of 40 moves, regardless of what teacher you get. This totally makes sense for a branded fitness businesses. Personally I really enjoy more of a flow yoga that varies from class to class. Don't get me wrong, there are flow and yin classes here, they just aren't as often as the "Moksha Yoga". If you are looking for a consistent workout, Moksha is a good choice. You'll always know what to expect. For anyone new to hot yoga, drink a ton of water during the day and dont eat beforehand. Have fun!

I had my first massage here a few months back and I was incredibly nervous because I didn't know what to expect, but once I arrived, all the staff were so incredibly nice and welcoming. My masseuse walked me through everything, and gave me an assessment (free assessment before your first appointment), and it was great learning about my body structure. The actual massage was 45 minutes and only $12! ($12 for Fanshawe staff, student and alumnae, $25 for general public) - no tax no tip. The clinic is also very professional, and ask for consent for everything. A few things to recognize: - Massages are given in one big room with hospital curtains creating separate spaces, and around 10 people can get a massage all at once. In other words, you can hear people walk and talk during your massage (not as relaxing compared to a regular massage clinic) - The lights are very bright, and since it's 1 large room, there's no way to dim the lights or turn them off - Their hours of operation are quite short, and sometimes booking can be difficult. Overall, I love the Mend Massage Clinic and I would recommend this clinic to anyone. The staff are very friendly and professional, it's not the most elegant clinic but it'll leave you feeling relaxed and welcomed.
