This is my 2nd time visiting Salt Cave. Came this time with GF's and tried the Foot Reflexology set in this room to look like a cave with claiming lights. The room was large enough to fit us all with room to spare. Our therapist (two women and a man) was awesome asking us what areas of the feet they wanted us to work on. They offered us blankets just in case we were cold which was never a issue. The entire place is calming with aromatherapy oils and candles to purchase along with stones. The staff including the owner Makala was courteous and professional. The store is located on a main street with limited parking however there is plenty in the back. Thanks Salt Cave for making our experience memorable.

She's really professional and so thoughtful! She really cares about you and your needs and does an amazing job. I would defiantly recommend her to anyone. 10/10 would recommend ! Also the place is cute as well. A side note of something I like is all of their chemical free products and crystals they have decorated throughout the store. The place is super reasonable as well for a normal cut. Another plus!

I have been to this salon before and Kelly always did a good job but I travel for work and have been in and out of the area so I decided to book online with Natasha for partial highlight/dimensional color + tone, gloss, treat w/cut and style the price online was 250.00 and I had to pay 125.00 when I booked the appointment. I went into the salon and Natasha was very nice but she did an awful job on my color. My natural color is light brown but I have been doing blonde highlights especially around my face. I told her that I wanted my base color lighter and golden blonde highlights. I even showed her a photo because I was very definite about what I wanted. Well she did my base color dark, dark brown (darker then my actual real hair color) and blonde highlights around my face but they are so even I have a big clump of blonde on the right side of my band (she cut curtain bangs, which I had and like) that it looks ridiculous. I look like a skunk with this clump of blonde and then dark brown everywhere else. I wanted to be more golden blonde for summer and my hair is darker than it's ever been. When she showed me my before and after pictures, I didn't want to tell her but I liked the before much better then the after. The other thing was she told me that she would have to charge me extra because she had to use more color and when I got the bill she charged $110.00 extra and it's says for Root to End????? Isn't all color root to end???? Really disappointing! I ended up paying 360.00 plus a tip for her for dark brown hair with a clump of blonde in the front?! I hate it so much can't wait to go somewhere else and try to get it fixed. Natasha told me not to worry that next time I'd book "full highlights" and it would look better. When I told her that it was really dark she told me; "don't worry, it will lighten up when you wash it a few times." This isn't my 1st color and I'm quite sure that no matter how much I wash it, it will never be the blonde color I asked for. Unfortunately I will NEVER go back to there.

Victoria Spa offers a solid Chinese style full body massage at standard reasonable prices ($60/hr)…read more I made an appointment for later that day, and Lili was waiting for me when I walked in 3 hours later. Friendly and competent, with ability to work a strong massage with hands, forearms, elbows and knees, she applied good pressure along my meridians and was able to stretch my arms and legs as needed. She worked my shoulders and lower back with both dry hands and then oil to moisten my skin, which always suffers in winter's HVAC conditions. She checked in with me periodically to be sure I was comfortable or wanted more/less pressure anywhere. She had enough experience to feel what my tensions and knots required intuitively. I was quite happy with the result, and the bottle of water handed me as I walked out to help with rehydration. A word about tips. As with restaurant servers, these workers depend on tips for survival. They split the initial payment with the house, and often share the tips, too, depending on the house rules. A fair tip is $20 per hour for a regular massage, and more if you ask for extra attention to any particular pain or tightness. Unlike servers, a 15-20% tip is not sufficient because these people are working much harder than just delivering plates of food or refilling water glasses. The work is intensive and often debilitating. They receive no benefits like health insurance, and often don't know enough to demand the employer participate in the Social Security system to build an account for retirement or health benefits (Medicare/Medicaid). Many of these people don't speak much English and some are here beyond their original visa expirations. They are often victims of an inhumane economy. If you really are put off being asked for bigger tips, try walking a mile in their slippers. 3.5 STARS
