So far, I have judged all Caribbean restaurants I've eaten at since my first visit at Hotspice precisely against Hotspice in taste and presentation of dishes and so far there is no match. My biggest regret is I live a whole continent and ocean away from this tiny restaurant that churns out amazing food. Along with my lady, we sat down inside the restaurant and ordered the Jerk Chicken and Ox Tail plates. Probably two of the best dishes I've ever eaten. I spend most of my days telling people how great it is to live in California, which It is, until you get the taste for Caribbean food and the best place you ever eaten It, you need a plane ticket to reach.
