The receptionist was so helpful with picking my color. She picked the perfect color for my skin tone. The gentlemen that checked me out was patient with me as I struggled with Apple Pay ! I've been a long lasting member for over 5 years and the ONLY person that was ever phenomenal was unfortunately let go. I'm very happy for her because she will have much better opportunities moving forward. However, I've canceled my membership due to the fact that no other nail techs are as consistent with their work. My nails are uneven and unlevel/lumpy. Kaitlynn was very kind and sweet but still very new to nails. I was also not given a neck wrap and had to pull another girl to request a drink. Usually at Frenchies in the Stone Oak area immediately get me a neck wrap and ask if I'd like a drink. Staff at New Braunfels really needs to be better about greeting and ensuring guests are being taken care of instead of the guests having to request for the perks that they offer like drinks or neck wraps . The owner or manager of this location also had some unnecessary comments to share about the situation I experienced with my long lasting tech that was let go, I found it very unprofessional.

This is the second time that my daughter who is 16 has gone to get her nails done without me and asked for a gel polish manicure and they have told her no and went ahead and did whatever they wanted to today they put dip on her fingers when she asked for gel polish so now not only did she get what she wanted but now I have to pay for the difference. Her friend also wanted gel polish and they told her no the design that she wanted wouldn't work on her nails so they put tips and acrylic on them without her asking. both of them too scared to say no because they felt like they had no choice and were being argued with. now they both have to pay for a service that they did not ask for nor did they want if the design couldn't be done with what they wanted. They just simply say no not told that they're gonna do something else or just go ahead and do it without the approval. This is incredibly frustrating because the cost of a acrylic full set of manicure versus a gel polish is much more expensive and I refuse to take them back here again and I hope that nobody else goes back there until they change their ways. This is unacceptable.

LILY WAS AWESOME! I got a deep conditioning treatment and a haircut. Lily listened to what I wanted and she did an awesome job. Best haircut I've had in a long time and the prices are very reasonable. I've spent a lot of money at other salons only to be disappointed. Not this time! Lily and her mother were very welcoming and put my mind at ease. If I/m ever in this area again, I will definitely be back!

It was my first time going here, so I called and made an appointment. It took me a while to be seated and when I finally was, every minute I was interrupted to where they had to switch me techs after 15 mins because I just kept sitting there. The vibes were good so far and I was just eager to get a fill/design. I swap over to Spring who began doing my nails. It felt as if she was rushed and slightly annoyed with having to do my nails. She seemed rather careless and left lots of dust on my nails to which impacted my nails. Once my design was finish, it looked somewhat decent but was bumpy from all the dust left on my nails. I wasn't the most pleased with them. My tech then tells me that she hates the design I chose and laughs about me with the guest next to me which made me feel absolutely terrible. One of her regulars then came in towards the end of us finishing up and she began rushing even more to throw me out of the chair. I move over to get my pedicure done which went well. I notice one of the larder bumps on my nails and my new tech calls over Spring to fix it which she yanked my arm, fixed it very quickly but annoyed and pulls me down to let my finger cure with my toe nails and tell me "look exercise". Beyond rude. I wouldn't recommend this place if you want genuine care. For the sake of how I was treated, I would like a refund.
