We had a large oak tree fall onto our property from the open space that borders our backyard. It fell onto a very steep slope also taking out a buckeye tree. . Words can not describe how pleased I am with Sal and his crew! I had a few people come out to my property to give me a quote on the work prior to Sal and I received comments on how hard the work would be, one company said they would call me later with a quote and never followed up! That was until Sal showed up; he said it wouldn't be a problem at all and gave me a quote that beat prior offers. During the recent rain storm, the heavy winds blew down a 45ft. cypress tree in my front yard. It was laying across my driveway as well as my front lawn and part of my neighbor's yard. I called Sal's Tree Service on Saturday morning and within an hour Sal was at my home, gave me a very reasonable quote and went to work on removing the tree and the root system. Within just a few hours Sal and his helper had the tree loaded in a big truck, all the debris cleaned up and had even hosed down the driveway, sidewalk and street in front of my home. When I called him he said he was there but could not find parking, however I live on a residential street where parking is not an issue. It was clear he was not at the right place but he kept arguing with me - instead of calling me when he had an issue and wasn't planning to come, he just let me wait.
