However, the final result looked quite different from the trial and ended up feeling rushed and subpar, especially for such an important occasion. What was most disappointing was the response when I expressed that I wasn't happy with my hair. Instead of feeling heard, I felt that the owner became defensive rather than trying to understand my concerns or work toward a solution. As a bride, you hope to feel supported and confident on your wedding day, and unfortunately, that wasn't my experience. I do want to mention that the makeup artists were absolutely amazing. They were professional, kind, and did a beautiful job with everyone's makeup, which I truly appreciated. I don't leave negative reviews lightly, but I think it's important for future brides to know that while the makeup team was wonderful, my experience with the wedding hair services and customer service fell short of expectations.

She was kind and helpful and extremely professional. I got a shampoo, cut, and dry and it was an astounding 35 dollars...I've been getting used to shelling out 45 or more for a haircut so that was mind blowing. The cut itself was thorough and high quality (she trimmed up my bob and added layering). Rachel was also extremely helpful when it came to answering my question about hair styling. She taught me how to apply dry shampoo and texturing spray properly, and even taught me how to curl my shorter hair!! I learned more in that one appointment than I have anywhere else. The whole experience was lovely. From the coffee and tea available in the waiting room, to the spa-like shampooing experience, I was immediately impressed and happy to have chosen Orbit!
