I'm always pleased with the final product (cut & color). My stylist, and the staff, are always friendly, patient, and professional. Sometimes when I go I have 1 or both children in tow, and get so envoys bringing them. But the staff are all very understanding and find ways to preoccupy them so that I can get my hair done in peace, and really haven't minded the energy my children have. It's nice that they offer beverages and snacks while you are getting your hair done, as we know it can take a couple of hours to get our hair done depending on the type of services. The only reason I give it 4 stars instead of 5, is that some of the parking lot now has a no parking zone leaving limited space. But, I know that is out of the salon's control.

But I was greeted very nicely, and I did not have to wait more than 2 minutes to get seated for the appointment. Samantha was my hairdresser for the day, even though her name wasn't mentioned in Groupon Fine Print. She was very professional and worked on my hair with a lot of patience. She understood what I wanted done, based on the pictures I showed her, and just worked her magic! It took about 3 hours for my whole appointment, which was nice. Nothing was rushed. All the employees within the store are friendly and kept offering me drinks. At the end, my hair came out really nice, and it feels great also!!! Samantha also gave me some tips on how to take care of my hair. I will definitely be returning to this salon for my next haircut.
