Very basic skills. No point cutting or piecing out. The last time I went there the guy wouldn't even trim my layers. He just basically blew me off and charged me 50 bucks. I went in for tape ins with Lisa and I'm beyond disappointed with my service I originally came in for tape ins only in my bangs I brought my own hair which was 22 pices were supposed to be divided in half and only installed into the bangs I have patches and unevenness threwout the front of my hair each tape is lop sided and glue all over my hair and one piece in the fron is so bad it's causing a headache because it's making my hair grow in against the grain I went to another salon and the master told me no one should allow someone to leave like this out of there chair a huge waste of money and disappointment clearly the person is not good at the work I asked for would have have much appreciated her to just be honest and say she can't do the work will be adding photos on my socials all the tape ins are uneven and glue sticking out the sides read more

Alex is phenomenal. I have short hair and a lot of stylists tend to either cut it too short or they don't cut the layers like I want them cut. He listened to (and understood) everything I had to say about past haircuts at other salons and did exactly as I asked. Now, I finally have a cut I like and can style easily myself. I LOVE this salon! It's very clean, warm and professional. Everyone says hello and interacts so nicely. The owner (Lisa I think is her name) is so kind....she walks around and offers refreshments and even gave me a beautiful bottle of shampoo for my birthday! Alex is my stylist.....he is perfection! Haircuts are not worth 50 + tip imo. Nothing extra bare bones. Bringing a pic didn't make a difference. If you have had a master cutter before you won't be happy. It's just a basic trim for 50 plus tip. Spen another 20 and you could be thrilled. No point cutting or peicing out here. Spent less the 2 min on my haircut.left the fringe bulky and top heavy. Update: the stylist actually messaged me on here after my review asking why I'd leave a negative review after x amount of time and after they fixed it. That shouldn't matter when it comes to me sharing my experience, I put it out there so that others should know what to expect from this salon and her. I paid over $150 for a service I HATED and was done wrong originally. When going for red it shouldn't turn ORANGE on you. I was also really annoyed because they tried saying "oh that girls hair was lightened in the photos to get that color" when I showed them pictures of MY OWN HAIR, which was never lightened when I was red it was on top of my natural brown hair, when I showed them what color I wanted to return to. Another thing I disliked was being told to use sulfate free as if I don't know anything about having my hair colored and they ended up giving me a free product when I went back for them to fix it which ended having sulfates in it. Stay away from here, go to heavy metal out in Philly or vivid nearby. read more

I normally do not give reviews, however, I felt I need to in this case. I have been going to Salon Trilogy for years. However, this past week I had a very bad experience w the Salon. I had a cut and blow dry. Those were the ONLY services I had done. The Stylist did a fabulous job, and asked to take my picture. I was shocked to go on Facebook two days later to see my picture posted on the Salon business page with the Owner taking credit for the "color". She gave descriptive hashtags of the color job that was apparently done. I have natural strawberry-blonde hair. I never had my hair colored, not by this Salon or any other. The owner lied and used my picture as false advertisement. I want to make it clear that the Stylist had nothing to do with this. But unfortunately because of the Owner, the Salon lost a customer. read more

It has been forever & a day since I've gone to the salon. It was time. I was nervous. I didn't think anyone could tame my wild curly hair or even wash that gray right outta my hair. Debbie is an expert stylist. The key is that she listens. I haven't found anyone else who takes the time and really cares as much about my satisfaction. I never feel rushed and I'm always confident that my hair will look great when I leave the shop and will stay that way. People often think that I just got a hair cut after 2 or three weeks. DEBBIE KNOWS HAIR!! My story: In the past four years I have searched several top rated salons to find a stylist that can communicate and perform as well as my former stylist. Her talent: I am so pleased with Debbie's ability to understand the nature of my hair and create a cut that I love. She communicated with me throughout the entire appointment regarding my hair and was very personable. The salon: Clean, well-lit, professional atmosphere. Staff members were very friendly. The Owner even came over to personally introduce herself. I was called about a week after my appointment about my satisfaction with the service but was too busy to go on and on although I would have. I was in need of a fantastic stylist - one who knows baby fine, super flyaway hair, some one who listens well and communicates well, someone who is a good colorist, and and someone who can give a great cut. I know....very, very tall order. I searched for Bucks county stylists on the internet. Salon Trilogy has 129 Facebook 5 star "likes." I stopped in and met Lisa who is the owner. She was super kind and spent about 15 minutes looking at my hair, giving suggestions, and actually showing me hair colors online! So nice! I made an appointment for a cut and color. Lisa recommended a few highlights, and I had that done too. All I can say is "WOW." Lisa did a fantastic cut and a simply amazing color! Here I am the next day and my hair is as shiny and full of body as yesterday when I got my hair done. Needless to say, I made another appointment.
