Yeah I'm a sunscreen freak now! It's safe to say my skins been through hell. I never really got into skincare until about sometime right before I hit my 30's. I walked in for a consultation with Jill, who sadly is no longer with them. She was/is fantastic! I got a laser package and since that day I have had absolutely no regrets! While the laser treatments were great, Jill made it worth every penny. She was not only very supportive, but she was also like having that great friend you need when you lose faith in yourself. The laser treatments do a lot, but it also depends on who's behind it or wielding it hahaha. My skin and my mental health got better in the time that I met her and did the laser treatments. I did meet the doctor once as well there and while it was tough love, it was much needed. Having bad skin is definitely draining and it makes it hard to talk to people or feel worth anything sometimes. I know that's how I felt at least. Now I just have simple skincare with sunscreen as the only extra thing I wear everyday and I'm confident going out like that. My skins not 100% but after the extensive damage I've done to it that isn't surprising. I plan to get more laser work done when I can. No one closely looked at my face or scars when I came in for the consult. One person looked at my face without any type of magnifier, just across the desk from where i shelled out 2,400 bucks because I was told the treatment works for scars. I will post my complaint nand pictures to as many media outlets possible to save others from the same predicament and to tell how SkinMD remedies this if at all. I'm sure the Neogen Plasma works, but no one should be sold something that has no value to them. Finally, The procedure was painful. The gel used supposedly has anesthetic/ numbing properties, yet it was less than 10 seconds between applying it and hitting my skin with the treatment wand. Maybe because it was Friday at 5pm and the technician was in a hurry to get done for the week that the few seconds to let me numb up a bit were not spared? My eyelashes got singed along with some of my hairline, red raw skin spots resulted and remained raw for 4 weeks after treatment.. Evidently these areas were done "extra" ; around my scars and in random areas that seem more like errors in the procedure than purposeful. The raw skin I don't think healed better with the 100 dollar plus after treatment cream they insisted worked wonders. I hope to get a refund at the least. I will post what happens at my follow up.... .

BLHH is not trying to be anything other than just a feel-good hair salon.
