However, I need to personally thank Pauline and her staff at Xclusive for keeping my lashes safe! Since I'm unable to get them filled given the quarantine I no longer have any extensions on, but thanks to the skilled staff and cleanliness of Xclusive, my real lashes look amazing! They are long and healthy just like before I put them on. Oh did I mention I have had them on for 6 years without ever taking a break! I am astounded and don't feel upset about having to wear mascara for a little while! I'm also not even contemplating not putting them back on because I know they will continue to keep them healthy! Upon calling the number in my confirmation email, I was told that their online booking system was down and they did not get notification that I had the appointment. Needless to say, I did not get my lashes filled. The online scheduler should state that it is not working, and to call instead if that is the case. Also, a sign on the door with the name of the salon would be helpful. I do not recommend.
