They did not ask me how I would like the massage (soft, medium, or hard) and she did it so hard that I now have bruises. And then when I got dressed and went to pay her her CASH tip 25% she told me "oh no, my service for 30%, this (holding my money) is cheap". I called on Tues, at 1:30, and asked for thirty min massages for 2 people, at 7:30. She repeated it, and seemed to understand. At 7:20 we arrived, and she said oh no, I forgot! We said that's ok... and she said who wants to go first? So I sat and waited 30 minutes while my husband went first. During that time, two other guys came in and she stopped each time to come out and greet them (when the door chimed). During my massage the same thing happened. She also said, while giving me a massage, "I sorry I forgot, I was watching tv." Wow- thanks. When we left, I gave her the owed amount, no tip. Because now we had each waited on each other and had several interruptions in each massage. As I walked to the door she said, "Can you give me a little tip?" I said sorry what? She repeated it, and I said, "Um- no cuz of -" and pointed to the clock. She said it's ok, it's ok. I have never had someone ask me for a tip! I usually tip though, at least $5 for a massage, but with all the things going on it... it was not as planned, and not as relaxing as it was hoped to be. I was a little shocked by that, and thought it unprofessional. The good things: they are open late, have good availability (sort of, although obviously she didn't write us down and then tried to accommodate walk-ins). They also do a good job, although there is a lot of pressing and holding, and then 'slapping' at the end of the massage. Not our fav, hubby and I both just prefer more of a kneading of the muscles.
