I get a massage weekly....have been for many, many years...I get them for tight, stiff or sore muscles, lots of knots, etc....I do it to help with all the cervical-lumbar pain from spine fusions. So, when done properly...I get some much-needed muscle/pain/tightness relief. Just a few days ago...I go to my main massage place...(close to home, easy, fast) Central Mall ...I get in the chair while the person is talking on the phone (no big deal, right)....massage starts....but the "person" giving the massage was still on the phone...yes, an actual phone call....so, I'm starting to get annoyed after a couple mins of receiving a ONE HANDED massage and listening to the 2 way conversation....I let it go on for another few mins....finally stand up after 5 mins of this DISRESPECTFUL INSANITY....I ask this person when they will be finished on the phone....they reply..."come back in 10 mins".....after years, years of going this place....the one in BMT too...putting up with the good, bad...the changes...the language barrier...I'm ALL DONE....A one handed massage while talking on the phone is just too much LAZY DISRESPECTFULNESS for me...! Too expensive, not relaxing because of constant interruptions, you may or may not get a massage professional- service is inconsistent, language barrier, weird semi private room that really isn't because the door is being opened constantly - or someone might take the chair next to you, cell phones going off, conversations on said cell phone etc etc. 70. Is way too much for a foot massage. Get real. Should be half of what they charge. read more

Very nice staff. the are proffesional and do a thorough massage. i get the hour body massage with the 30 minute foot massage. Two people work on you. It is very relaxing and make you feel like you are walking on air when they are done. i highly recomend this place.... read more

They don't deserve a star... far the worst My husband wanted an hour massage so I asked for an hour but he only got 30 min because they said they had 2 massues and he said he couldn't even relax cause they kept talking not worth it at all... read more

The massage given by Jin to my mother and I for 1.5 hours was excellent. I have been pain free for 3 weeks since the massage. The massage is a very fair price. The only challenge is the language barrier. I definitely be back. read more

They do a good job! So, on your way to Starbucks, take care of your health and get a body or foot massage. (The addition of hot stones in the massage are extra $.) Vivian is great and listens to your needs. Keep in mind staff is limited so they may need to leave your massage to go greet a customer at the door. Friendly reminder to the staff to let customers know this so they don't think they were left. Please also make sure the clock is not running whenever you leave the room -- including the hot towels -- as that is not fair for time to be taken away from the massage for you to retrieve supplies. Masks must be worn at the facility, which helped maintain peace of mind that they are taking necessary sanitation precautions. You must sign a waiver stating you are healthy. They will take your temperature before they massage you, as well, to ensure you are not ill. Please make sure the pen being used for this waiver is sanitized, as well. Restaurants do this publicly to ensure customers can SEE the sanitation process. read more
