Horrible experience!! I've never been made to feel so uncomfortable at a massage. This lady said she has been doing this line of work for 3 years, yet the unprofessionalism was so appalling I can't believe her. This lady kept looking under my towel and tried to take it off of me several times. I had to ask her to leave the towel in its place several times. She focused on my breasts too much and then as I was asked to turn over she smacked me on my butt. I have never felt so violated by a massage therapist and I will be leaving a review on yelp as well. If I was this business owner I'd be praying that I don't try to get her license revoked and blast them on all social media platforms. Which I may still do. Unfortunately I didn't get her name but she's and older woman who looks like she's about 40-50 years old. read more

Ive had several different types of massages done in the past so minimal knowledge on massages. This was my first time going to this place I came in early in the morning just as they had opened and they got me in right away. They spoke minimal english but that didnt bother me as we were able to communicate the area of problems i was having. I had pulled a muscle in my lower left of my back. I went for the 90 min massage and they were able to break up a lot of the knot from a big thick knot to smaller knots and made moving around more bearable. Because of the pain i was already in she would regularly ask if i was ok as she was working on me which i appreciated. they pay for the time frame was reasonable and they wipe the oil off afterwards which is nice. The hot stones and towel they did afterwards were very nice. For some they might be to hot I know my wife wouldnt have been able to handle it but for me the heat was perfect. I do recommend this place and will return. read more

Called first to see if they took walk-ins or were by appointment. Over the phone they said they were slow and I could come in. When I arrived the lady that greeted me didn't speak English very well so our conversation was quite frustrating. She told me I needed to come back. I asked what time and she said whatever time was best for me but that was the only time I could come. If I had known they weren't available at that time I wouldn't have wasted my gas. read more

I don't know how anyone could say a single negative thing about king spa. My wife and I have gotten massages all around the world and we both agree this is the best massage spot in town. My husband called in for a pregnancy massage for me and they said they did them. When I got there they really didn't understand how to accommodate a pregnant woman in a massage. She kept on trying to rub my lower back which is a no-no with a pregnancy massage because it can put you into labor. A pregnancy massage usually consists of feet legs upper back but she didn't even touch my feet at all and they are so sore from being pregnant. I left very disappointed and my husband said his massage wasn't that great either. Thank you ladies for the attempt but we're going to go to a pregnancy massage specialist next time. read more

Made a couples massage appointment for 11:00 am. We enter the establishment, there was no one at the front desk. Finally a lady came from the back and asked us why were we there. I told her about our appointment. She did not say anything about their services but quickly guided us to a room right near front door. She didn't don't explain what type of spa treatments that we could choose from, she just gestured us to undress and left room. A few minutes later, two ladies came and asked "hard" or medium". I chose medium and husband chose hard. Well my masseuse massages me for 45 minutes ( it was really a continuous rubbing motion), not a massage. I had to ask "are you all going to massage out legs"? In the meantime the front door opened and a guy came in specifically asking for my husband's masseuse, she had to leave the room and talk with the male customer who insisted on getting a massage but the masseuse explained that she had my husband that she was working on , the male customer got huffy and said he only needed 30 minutes. She told him to come back and he left. (Mine you we all heard the conversation because our room had an opening on the top of the wall). The place was very warm and the atmosphere wasn't pleasant at all. My husband had a $20 bill for them to split and have $10 each. The lady that took the tip refused to share the tip. Neither spoke English and their was no conversation at all. Will never go back. Spend your money elsewhere. read more

I called King Spa this morning at 11:30 and was able to very easily make an appointment for 12:30 - but they do accept walkins - showed up 10 minutes early and there was no wait, and no packet of paperwork to fill out. I was brought back immediately. The establishment was clean, and the staff was unbelievably friendly. I guess I've never experienced Asian massage technique, but it was wonderful and I left feeling refreshed and went home and slept better than I have in what feels like years. Unfortunately, I didn't get the name of the lady that did my massage, but she really focused on all of my problem areas, and I didn't even have to tell her. Overall, it was an amazing experience, the price was very reasonable, and this was also the only place that I have ever received a massage that wiped each section with hot damp towels afterward to remove any excess massage oil, which was really nice because usually when I leave a massage I have to go home and shower immediately because I'm slick with massage oil. I would absolutely recommend King Spa and plan to make another appointment very soon! read more

Very friendly staff! And very skilled massage therapists in a relaxed, authentic asian environment. I get a 30 minute deep tissue chair massage from "David", and he is wonderful. My husband gets the walking back massages from the ladies, and loves it. I highly recommend the people and the place. Very reasonable rates. One of Beaumont's best kept secrets! read more
