There was no effort to accommodate me or provide a reasonable solution. As a customer, I expect a business to honor scheduled appointments--especially when the customer arrives on time. They have four painted parking spaces; however, one has a third of the parking space taken up by a dumpster. The next two are fine and the last space is for handicap parking. You can park across the street in a secure parking lot but then you have to cross McCullough Avenue. It wasn't a problem for me as far as problems go, but McCullough Avenue is tricky when you're driving a car much less trying to cross the street ..... next time I'll wait across the street and pull into a parking space as soon as it opens up. For me, because I'm 65 years young, it's the best solution.

I asked for simple curtain bangs and the stylist completely butchered the right side of my hair. She told me she was fresh out of cosmetology school and it honestly showed. The cut was uneven, choppy, and way shorter than I asked for. It was so bad that I have been self conscious about my hair ever since. What makes it worse is that my hair has never been the same. I take very good care of my hair and it used to grow evenly and healthy. Three years later and that section still has not grown back properly. I have had to style around it constantly and it has been extremely frustrating. I trusted this salon and left feeling upset and embarrassed. If you care about your hair at all, I would strongly reconsider booking with a level 1 stylist here. Saving money is not worth dealing with damage that lasts for years.

However, when I got up to the salon, they had asked me for my license plate information to cover or waive the parking expense. Unfortunately, this information wasn't relayed to me in advance that they would be covering the parking expense and the parking lot states you have to pay when you park and when I told her I had already paid for it nobody told me anything even when I asked ahead where to park, Lili's response was "oh well next time." It would have been nice to save the $21.56 that I had spent for 2 hours of parking. Again, super appreciative that they even offer this it's just nice that if it is offered that the information is relayed so I could have appreciated/benefited from it as well.
